Everyone on this channel always seems like they're having so much fun, and I love them for it. So many channels it looks like they're there for Important Business, but these guys remember games are supposed to be fun.
I love the enthusiasm, but I do cringe a little when he does the dramatic death thing and something on the model drops. I hope he's varnished them because I'd hate to see his stuff get chipped or broken when he's done such a cracking job painting them... like the supremacy armour as well as other things in the apocalypse game he played

That battle on the rooftop was epic. Hilarious how grot Yarrick just wouldn't go down. I can just picture it in my head, them fighting on the rooftop, explosions, combat and war in the background, the claw and fusion blade clashing against each other and throwing sparks everywhere, lightsaber style. Like a scene from a movie!

I struggle to watch entire battlereports of most personalities, despite how much I love seeing 40K being played because I rarely have 4 hours to spare. I love that you guys bring a condensed format that pretty much shows exactly what I wanna see in a 40K game, so I can easily watch an episode on a lunch break or before I go to bed.
Matthew, I was inspired to get into warhammer when I saw your grot guard in a battle report from a few years ago. I always loved warhammer universe, but never bought any models. Once I saw your grot guard, I fell in love. I've always loved orcs and goblins, and your grot guard were so unique and visually appealing. Your kitbash inspired me to sculpt my own large models and build a whole goblin age of sigmar army. Thank you so much you kinda changed my life in a big way.

The first grot guard appearance was the video that earned my subscription and made me love Play On. They are my absolute favorite conversion I have seen, and so excited to have them back!

This was a real treat to watch, two fantastic looking armies, with a great contest between both guys who were clearly having a blast during this game. This is what 40k should always look and feel like. Props for how well edited together it was all too! Can't wait for the next one
ive learned that you have to buy your own dice, and charge them with enough energy, the only 2 dice sets i have left happen to be 1 the chaos beastmen dice was someone else's but they gave me the dice and the army cause i was building and painting up sigmar armies at the time, and i got these used deepkin dice on ebay that have strange amazing wound rolls above other rolls
The sportsmanship here is amazing: Nick is literally giving good advice to his opponent. That’s part of the reason I stopped playing Warhammer 40k tabletop; most players in the wild are man babies that throw fits when someone fudges something or didn’t get the rules just right. I get it in tournaments, but I’m just fun games it’s completely unnecessary. I love this channel.
The camera set up, quick cuts for dice rolls and shooting effects are fantastic and do so much to streamline and visualise game choices in the video perfectly. Super impressed with the set up and professional way you are advancing the Battlevid media lads, keep up the good work.

Watching Play on Tabletop videos is an emotional rollercoaster! When there is a video out you get hyped as fuck! Even tho it isn't even an army you play, and when it ends, you get depresses as fuck as you know nothing else on the internet, comes even close to the enjoyment and quality that thies guys produce!!

The yvahra was nerfed. 3 damage flamer down to 1 damage makes the suit not worth it.

3 broadsides with with a commander for rerolls is incredible and I think it's making the rounds in the tournaments.
I use two one made to be pure missle madness and then the other one has the railgun because why not
