Netflix has been awesome as now we are seeing greater representation because more people can get their stories told. Tyler Perry Studios should allow more great stories to be made and not blocked by the studios that are well owned and controlled by those that don't always include non-white people. Now what would be nice as people embark on those paths is white people not resorting to reverse racism because stories are being told that don't always include them or make them the leads both in front and behind the cameras. When clips were shown of the Tyler Perry Studio opening, I saw many comments screaming reverse racism and it wasn't diverse. So I agree and I am hoping more people create new stories and tell them in a way that is relatable.

Basically did him more damage than good to have a successful show running and not successful comics. DC n WB bought him out after he decided to move on. Storms first appearance was in 1975. By the mid to late 80s she was a main character in the xmen comics and one of the senior members. She had her own side story during much of the Inferno series of I remember correctly. She was running around with her boy toy Forge. Bishop was 90s yes. Thats why I said 80s and 90s. I stopped collecting for a few years in the mid 90s when i was in University, broke student :(. They were certainly both MAJOR characters, and considered Top Tier. Edit: To be honest I dont remember thinking about their race at all at the time. I just thought they were cool af.

Blade is a half vampire, his mother was bitten and killed while he was being born. Cyborg’s body was destroyed in an accident and the only way to save him was to combine his body with high tech alien technology. Luke Cage was beaten within an inch of his life while in prison, the only way they could save him was to put him in a healing machine that wasn’t tested. Spawn was an assassin, killed by his employer, negotiated a deal with a deviI and came back as a soldier from the underworld. Black Panther is like the only grace for black heroes.
