Awesome collection of Castings some very nice looking pieces there and that Renault 5 is very cool in that shade of blue I have it in burgundy red colour and you're right there just something about it cool peace 👍👍
Thanks Loonie. I have that Red Renault as well. Would love to see a true premium model of that car.
nice lancer from bmcreations ,amazing toyota landcruiser ,great audi R8 from para ,the poprace version is nice too but those mirrors look like shreck's ears 😆
Yeah the pop race R8 mirrors are a surprising misstep but I suspect this is one of their earlier releases.
Awesome casting bro
Nice stuff again. I did light the Greenlight Mustang and E-tron
Thanks Chris.
That blue Majorette R5 turbo did some fantastic racing in Group 3 & 4 Rally championship in the early 80's
they had taken the motor from the front of the car and mounted it in the back making a mid engine race car. the RS Maxi versions had 345hp to compete with the 2 liter motors. Notice the flared rear fenders for large tires and with air intakes for cooling. thanks for sharing
Yeah, that was such a cool rally car.
Great selection of cars, I like what Schuco is doing with the paper box.. but agree the Sleeve is odd.
Yeah, only thing that makes sense to me is if they change it based on the target market to alter the legalese on the back.
I always learn so much from your vids, Karl. Thank you
I learn a lot from yours too, thanks David.
awesome findings...you have an insane collection
Thanks Toni
I'm sold on the Etron, will get one in a different color someday. Maybe get the Renault too. I was thinking of the Patina truck but not liking those chrome wheels. I oddly like the patina pickup more.
I think the patina suburban is my favorite version of that casting now.
Lots of nice castings. So I guess the screwed up tire isn't part of the patina look.
LOL, definitely not. Fortunately an easy fix.
I've just checked some GCD on ebay and oh my god they have a 1st generation (the only one for your in US ) Toyota Previa !!! this is so quirky cool !!
That is definitely a quirky one for sure.
Thank you for a interesting vlog and thanks for always answering. I have found it difficult to collect model car/diecast. There are so dam many, and nearly every month there poping up new brand with new interesting models. Even if I concentrate my collecting to, let say Mini GT. It's dam difficult, I have the 10 first and then 20 off those between 10-100. Wery few Mini GT sales here in Sweden 🇸🇪 or in EU so I have to buy from USA or Asia wery expensive. And in the speed they release new models and versions it's impossible to cep up. Let's say I concentrate my collecting to Volvo and SAAB, okay in 1/64 it's easy but if you take a look at 1/87, 1/48 and 1/24 , I think the 3 first month this year there has been 10 new/version. English is not my first language so it is difficult to find the right word.
Yeah, Mini GT has really ramped up the volume of releases and the number of unique castings they have in their catalog. The latter is a very good thing but it is definitely hard to keep up with the variations.
The car used in the Get Smart series was a Sunbeam different model i think but very similar looking and they are a small car in the flesh.
Ahh, yeah I remember they had a little sports car in that show, didn't realize it was a sunbeam. Cool, thanks.
Sunbeam alpine looks very cool
Thanks Gary.
Look at time micros 4x4 Branus G wagon ! Nice SUV casting !
I've heard that. I've looked at them online but haven't picked one up yet.
Para64 have done a good job of the SUVs. That’s the problem with collecting as soon as you get a few you want the rest 😂
Yeah, it's a problem. Wish I had that drawer storage like you have, seems to be an excellent storage solution.
Very Nice
Thank you
Do the extra wheels enables you to change the ride height on the Lancer? It
might roll, if so.
Yeah that very well might be true, I'll have to try it at some point but I do like the wheels and look as it is.
Love the AW Suburban with flames
It is a nice one. Thanks.
I think that the second set of wheels on the BM creations Lancer are OEM wheels so maybe it would roll
That's very possible. I may need to try it at some point.
I love your videos. I am discovering so many new brands. Where did you purchase the Pop Race models?
Depending on the model they would have either come from Tokyo Station Canada or some seller on ebay that I don't remember.
@@StingerDiecast thanks for the reply. I'll check out Tokyo Station.
Bro,how did you get that Mini GT 264 Defender???
I look for it on the official page and it does not appear.🤔
I also have that John Wick Mustang.
That Land Cruiser looks really good. What brand did you say it was?
It's from GCD Model.
Era cars roll well?
Typically yes they roll quite well.
@@StingerDiecast better than auto world? Thanks for your time
Age of electric cars eh, do they spontaneously combust like the real ones?
GCD looks great but paint also looks too thick.
Para 64 looks like the paint is too thick. It looks odd. Not a fan of the brand.
Hmm, never really noticed that. Maybe on the red Audi which is a gloss red but the metallics have never bothered me.
