Love the John Deere 60.......the Rumely, not so much. I take that back......once running, I find the Rumely very innovative for its day. Man, I loved those Olivers when I was a kid. Our neighbor had one and I used to go over to the fence line and just watch that thing pull. We had all two cylinder John Deere's and they'll always be my favorite.
To be honest that was a 620. I put a lot, and I mean a lot of hours on my Dad's 620.
@@dwightl5863 I spent a lot of time on 720's, farming for a neighbor. He had both propane and diesel.....there was just no comparison between the two......the diesel would pull at least a gear higher when the going got tough and sometimes - two gears. There's just so much more BTU's in diesel fuel over propane or gas.
Oliver greatest tractors EVER BUILT
Nice ! I liked the Rumley tractors so much ! Regards from germany
The fuel side of an Oilpull carburetor is always the lowest needle valve. The water side is the higher needle valve so it won't suck water until high RPM and load,
New sub ! Liked 🙏😘😀
Oh, I get it, to start one of these old witches you need a barber on standby, to either patch your scalp after you tore your hair out or give you a haircut sometime during the start process because you would never have time in that month long process to visit a barber!
Why would anyone send hate mail over “too many” steel wheeled tractors?
Half the battle is knowing what your doing my dad and I had 4 Rumelys at one point.
