- Don't fry the aubergines anymore but cook them in this simple and delicious way! 😍
✔INGREDIENTS:
2 medium aubergines
Olive oil
salt + pepper
sweet paprika
garlic powder
Mozzarella fior di latte 200g
Tomato puree with (salt and pepper) 80g
Grated Parmesan 40g
Fresh basil leaves
1st cooking: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 20 minutes
2nd cooking: Put back in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 15 minutes.
