Agreed. Always mix your pastas! i went to italy many years back, i’d say around 90’s or so, and i got spaghetti bolognese and i didn’t mix it. Then an italian man came up and said, “looks like someone is a foreigner, go back to your country to do that!!” he said it in italian too, thats when a girl came up and translated it to me. So always, and i mean, always mix ur pastas😂😂
