Today I show you guys how to repair a leaking gas magazine, this specific mag is a WE 1911A1. I searched for ages for a video on ho to fix this peticular mag and found no videos so I made this one to help you guys :) .

Thanks man. I got a Socom Gear/We M9 and the stock mag started leaking a while after I got it. I went and sprayed the crap out of the two o-rings and tightened the bottom filler. I filled it and shot it twice. (First to let the mag settle, Second for the real test) no problems and no leaks. Now I got two working mags!
The piece of rubber located on the top of the magazine (gas router) is not the cause of a leaky mag as it doesn't hold the gas pressure. You can replace this gas router with a better one by nineball or future energy and increase your FPS a bit by creating a better air seal. What it does is direct the gas into the gun. What holds the pressure on the top end of the gun is the flow valve. Thats the button you press to release the gas. If you hear a gas leak at the top of the magazine, it's most certainly the flow valve. You can use a valve removal tool to replace or fix the valve. In my case, my magazine came in leaking and wasnt fixable because the metal molding inside the valve area was deformed.
I just got my WE 1911 and it had a mag leaking from the bottom end. I followed this video and it fixed it right up! Thanks!
I had this problem forever thanks for teaching me how to do it mine is a actual colt model but same clip design and it was around$300 when it first came out and i didnt want to spend much money getting a new clip or a new gun

I have a weird experince when it comes gad magazines. Rifle magazines and "double stack" magazines I have no issues of load gas into the magazines but I have a major major problem loading "single stack" magazine style no matter how I try to wiggle the nozzle in to find the angle I just can't. Keep in mind I do have the right magazines and using quality magazines that aren't prone to leaking. The magazines i use is the tokyo mauri M45 (M45A1 1911 theMARSOC used) and I the gas only lasts for about maybe less than half a magazines, I want to my 1911, I have the nighthawk warhawk with the rail. I don't know what the issues is, if anyone had an idea of what it might be please chime in
well, keep refilling over time will make the valve losen, in my case: just need a suitable tool to screw it through the hold at the bottom
Hey bud, I came across this video and I wanted to ask your opinion on a problem I'm having.
I have a magazine made by KJW for my 1911 and I'm having some trouble with it. When i first got the pistol and mags back in November I wasn't able to shoot it until recently, three days ago actually. When I shot the pistol I noticed that there was only three shots worth of gas in the chamber; the first two shots shot true, then the third seemed to lack kick and seemed to drag in the air.
I did some examination, no leaks from what I can hear, but I did notice that when I put gas into it it only filled for a whole second. I know there's definitely more room in the gas chamber, but I'm at a loss on what to do. I can't afford sending the mags for repairs. Is there any advice you can give on this subject?
I have a KJW mk1 non blowback gas pistol. I was shooting it, and all of the sudden all of the gas leaked out. After further inspection, I found it was leaking from the back. The little gas release button fell out and I don't know how to fix it. Please help!

Any reasons why my KWA lm4 mag leaks? Because I changed the rubber seals with new slightly thicker one, use a spare release valve and fill valve and hear no leak yet I still cant get to more than 20 shots out of 40 rd mag compare to my other spares.
im runing a KWA mk4 1911. my mags are not leaking but they will only take in a small amount of gas after 30seconds of filling and it will only fire 3 or 4 shots, any ideas or advice?

I have the exact same mag as shown in the video. My mag will leak from the bottom valve but if I press my can of green gas some more, it will stop. Can someone tell me what's going on?
I have a WE m1911 GBB, and my magazine won't even fill. Nothing comes out of the can (even though it's full). There's not hissing or smoke coming out when I try to fill it up.

It's a separate magazine, so can I hold it for a long with out seal damage ? In all other co2 we can only hold it for 24 hours.

Sometimes you can just try and screw it in a bit more and it should do it
My Tokyo marui biohazard albert w model mags are leaking and have what look to be hollow pins which I'm struggling to remove? Any ideas please. Thanks

Pro Tip: ensure that the mag is empty (gas-wise) because it would pop when you remove the buttom pins.
my gas pistol just spat gas out the back is that bad pretty much new to GBB pistols

Or buy some silicone sealant with your damaged O Rings and leave it for 24 hours, you can do this where you have any leaking o rings.

Where abouts can you get new O-Rings from?
And how do you know what the right gauge/size O ring is correct?
+Alex Wright I would suggest you go to your local airsoft shop and bring your mag with you and they should be able to get you the right size

If I would be God I would get you a free pass into heaven. Because I bought a 100$ gun 45. DETONICS and its mag leaked so I bought a new mag and gues what... it leaked.
Wasted about an hour of my life trying to get these push pins back in. Fuck gas guns. They'll never be worth the time and money.
