- In this video I want to share some things I JUST recently learned about the 160 wall that just came to my attention. I help give some understanding WHY the 160 wall is so difficult for new players to reach 200, as well as how this even slipped under my radar.

I started playing a few days after the Nier collab started, but thankfully I saw a video covering this very topic early on, so I knew it was important to pull for 3 stars. Managed to get 2B and A2 to MLB, and got insanely lucky with pulls and molds, landing me both Mast and Laplace at MLB too. Got my 4th copy of Naga yesterday, and my synchro level is still 134, so I won't even feel the wall.
Absolute insane luck! That's great you will blow past this. So many come talk to me about how difficult this was. You are lucky, I hope the game keeps that streak of luck up through anniversary!
for some reasons people just choose to ignore the bodies in the shop
It's not that people forget that shop exists, it's that most players only pull on gold ticket banners. So if they don't pull much you cannot work the body shop to your advantage. I did and it played out well in my favor. But I would put 15k gems and maybe 20-30 tickets in the banner at a time. Some new players only pull for collabs, limiteds, and pilgrims really holding their accounts back. Hence why I made both these videos, in hopes to educate them.
Bodies? You mean corpses? There Nikkes and have rights!! (Yeah people dont like to rake advantage of molds or body labels)
Started playing 2 weeks ago and finally i am getting in this barrier, but not in a rush, i will pull out when are banners for meta carachters. Have been a great experience so far, loved this game.
It took me forever to break 160. So much so I went from 160 to 220 when I finally did. The wishlist did help me get dupes I already had 1/2 stars for and I saved up and MLB'd A2 and 2B to finally get past it. If I hadn't MLB'd A2 I could have picked up one more dupe from the shop to finally get past it but either way it was painful. I did pull for all the summer units but got super lucky and got a single copy in like 1 or 2 pulls. I also skipped most of the regular banners (kind of regret skipping the bunnies) aside of Dorothy so I had a ton saved up for the collab.
It's a painful grind without focusing down units. That's awesome you got to 220. 221 is another big power spike when you level up! Most of the summer units for me came around 2-4 multies. I tried to MLB Anis... but after first copy she said NO. The bunnies hurt... thats sucks, but it wasn't long till summer units and everyone was holding for collab. I kept telling chat it would be around 1yr anniversary. (they wouldn't listen to me)
Took me around 3 months to break the wall and by that time I had enough resources to reach all 200
That seems really good timing if that was account beginning to 200 @wumb0z

I got sparkling bunny 3 times in a single pull. The same ssr. Even took a screenshot. Used up all my luck to not 3 star in truth.
its is basically the same as previous, just making it friendly for new players.
Pretty much, but i swear it was 100, 160, 180, 200 when at launch.
100 with max SSR, 160 with 1 star or 2 stars on SR, 180 2 star SSR, and 200 3 star SSR.
This was my mentality up till a few weeks ago. I didn't see these changes come in or as i mentioned i saw it got easier but didn't know when it was coming and assumed it wasn't in yet.
i started playing about 2 weeks before the collab dropped and was very lucky to have MLB'd 2b and a2 with my limited resources.. just hit the level 160 wall yesterday.. drained all my regular tix and friendship tix trying to pull blanc lol, i have 15k gems and 270 golden tix saved up for the anniv..
Nice! For two weeks that's very impressive! Welcome to Nikke for real! You "might" be able to get 400 tickets by the end of anniversary, depending on what you can do to progress and earn gems. you have "300" with your gems you just plus we will have at least 20-40 adv. tickets coming by then, so you just need 6 multies more in gems! It took me almost a year to break lvl 160 cause of pure badluck. Got my needed dupes couple of days ago and went straight to 233 after using the resources that I have.
Game literally soft locks your story progression and some of the side content if you're not gambling enough.

I feel for you. This is why I've been trying to get people to understand pulling normal banner over just new banners all the time. Plus the black tickets get cores. Those need to be spent near the end to be safe for best value.

Congrats on being the 5th person in a year and a half to ask this. xD The real issue. I need to up my main volume more. I'm RMSing at -18db which is optimal for non radio content.

This just a rng wall. Even if you got strategy still can take you untill like 220 level savings when you break the wall
I have a two friends who have been playing 3 weeks. Once just broke the wall. One is one dupe away. They followed what I told them to do to and yield these exact results. The one that just broke the wall is 7/5 MLBs so they are very much set. The one about to break it has 4 units that are 1 from MLB - Think they just need black tickets now.
It REALLY does come down to where you spend your resources and a little help from molds. For me we just didn't have the good wish list like they do now, when i started. Far more focused units.

I had a serious rng problem(i'm day 1-5 player btw) sadly, i had collected almost all of the nikkepedia before breaking the wall. shop def helped but i needed 4 units lb for the wall sad
dupes just didn't want to be pulled lmao(wishlist didn't help i just got the units that are yet to be 2lb :( ).
Now i have other problems like just getting 1 piligrim helm after 1 year of farming when other's just got the full set after 1-2 months farm etc (still have half clothed mod/scarlet and now rh lmao). And still no SW or Harran for me sadge

I played nikke in day one and ı pulled helm she is my love and i love her but she capped the 80lvl and i quit the game and delete it. I downloaded again with nier collab. And i love this lvl cap is 160.
the level cap was "still" 160 just with using SR and syncro. But glad you decided to play again at Nier, I hope the event treated you well, and you can get ready for maybe some good anniversary luck!

Just grab waifus because they are your waifu...
Then eventually realize you can't progress because waifu teams don't beat difficult stages unless they are major units in the game. Team comps > Units in nikke, unfortunately. Then you quit and we are sad.
@@Nightingale1176 you don't have to make a chore out of the game if you do you burn yourself out. It will take a while, but you will get there. If your playing for the meta and competition against the whalers then good luck.
It's not about making it a chore. It's about actually playing and enjoying the game. The way i look at is if you are being dumb on your progress, and making dumb ill-informed decisions, how can you get the most out of the game? I see this time and time again. I have people come in my chat all the time, tell me they pulled this waifu or that waifu, how excited they were... Then week, two weeks, month later. They haven't logged in for 2 weeks. They then return saying oh, this was too hard, this part sucked, Gotcha system is awful, I felt 2 multis was enough to get a unit... That list of complaints goes on and on.
Difference is here - The players who got the actual units need to play, end up enjoying and seeing much more of the game. Then they get to enjoy the waifu collection. The game is fantastic, but so many don't get to see that for that stupid waifu over meta BS. Just because they blame the game for a bad experience when it's their idiotic fault for having said experience.
@@Nightingale1176 hey, I seen a guy who played a purple unit to 20k cp np and enjoy the game. It is good to be informed on what units that help you in progress, but if you like something then pull it. If your to busy trying to be what everyone is trying to be then you aren't having fun. Whatever floats your boats. Well good luck and have fun.
The old version of core break Was
Level 0: Max level 80
Level 1: Max level 120
Level 2: Max level 160
Level 3: Max level 200
It was true both for SSR and SR 5* and 4* you could say.
However the next change made so that the max regular cap is 160 then 200 on Rank 3(those are older term use) and now SR (purple) cannot reach over 160 unless they are synchronized
