Oh my god: thank you soooo much! I finally get it 😄😄
U is for Uniform
U is for Resource
I is for identifier
Good Job buddy!!! the concept was well presented awesome presentation. for the folks who are asking about when to use each one of them. as a user who is trying to access a website, you don't care about the difference between URI/URN/URL. the only thing you need is a URL to reach certain site or a resource. it won't make any difference to you. you need a working link to get what's available on the web. Now put your administrator hat on; your boss asks you to find the traffic that hit certain URN or URL or both URI. what about a specific IP address that is associated with the URN. now it becomes handy to know what they mean and what are they intended for. this way you can customize your search to please your boss :)
Thank you very much, great video!
Very helpful! Thank you
Great video! Thank you
Wow, a Rhode Island address! That is a first... yes, we exist!
GREAT VIDEO!!
In MVC frameworks docs, I hear the term URI to refer to the controller and its method being requested. So if I understand the video correctly, a controller and its method is a URL, with URI just being a more generic term.
