Another had someone say that the man’s daughter knew a culprit. A snitch said that the culprit was at the father’s house. The daughter lived about 50 miles away. About 10 law enforcement from 3 agencies and they wouldn’t leave even after they searched it. They broke the front door and wouldn’t admit to it.

I'm glad he took his ring back, packed her stuff, and called her parents to come get her. 4) Too bad the good fortune came with the death of OP's father. It's nice OP got the house and is appreciative, but not nice to have an obnoxious, intrusive HOA person trying to bluff him into compliance when he is not part of the HOA. I think OP should have trespassed her and gotten an RO. The neighbor's didn't do a very good job of keeping an eye on his property ... WTH? Time for a lawsuit from OP, why just let this slide until they sued? I'm glad OP got an attorney pro bono to win the case and get compensation to restore the property.
I remember a Schlock Mercenary comic where the lawyer character sued a government for what he affectionatley called his "impersonating a police force" suit. I wish that was an actual legal term sometimes
In the book Homer Price, a local philanthropist has a neighborhood of identical mass produced homes built around his family mansion. Then he decides his mansion doesn't fit and replaces it with another identical home. The result is nobody can find their own home because they had used the mansion to navigate by! In the end the former location of the mansion is discovered, everyone finds their own home, and steps are taken to avoid the problem in the future and they learn that maybe not everything should be standardized.

Qualified immunity. It will never happen. The worst they will get is being fired, unless OP has not only an excellent lawyer, but a judge overlooking the case that decides to remove qualified immunity. Unfortunately most judges and police departments are in bed with each other (figureatively speaking) so judges almost never remove qualified immunity. There is zero recourse for your average citizen to get a cop in trouble for breaking the law, the most you can do is get a lawsuit to get you some money back in compensation, which doesn't even come from the cops. There have been too many cases of the police raiding the wrong property and nothing happened because of that "qualified immunity" they like to hide behind all their wrong doings. That gets often not taken away, if the case even gets so far as to a judge. For example there was that one case where they raided the wrong property and a woman was taking a bath, they forced her to stand in the corner, naked for about 30 to 45 minutes while they fumble around and take pictures of the apartment and ask her questions. She filled a lawsuit and not sure it got somewhere yet.

They were my sons favorite colors when he was in kindergarten, too! Funny thing, though. He knew how to spell blue and silver, but he had no idea what the color gray was. Even after the teacher showed him. He just didn't like it at all. Lol
@@lianabaddley8217 Can't say I blame him. Grey evokes a lack of character and a feeling of apathy. When a lighter shade of grey is used in combination with some other colours, it is given character. A dark shade of grey is often used as a proxy for black when detail is needed.
@JamesDavy2009 he thinks he gets to be 15 now. So this was 10ish years ago. I just thought it was funny he knew the color silver even how to spell it but had no idea what the teacher was talking about when she asked him about gray. He used to have very definite opinions. Most of which only made sense to him. At that time. Like Daddy can count higher. Because he's tall. Or we had to call daddy because I wasn't spelling bubbles correctly. Even though it was right the day before. Lol
a while back we were getting mail for a bloke who decided to use our address to get his mail sent here obviously we did the usual not living here and sent the mail back but a couple of months later the cops came knocking looking for him because he was going around bashing people and our house was where he had said he lived at.
I knew almost at once in the first story that it was a "they raided the wrong house" type. Typical cops, can't even check the NAME OF THE FRICKIN' STREET.
The neighbours sure kept a good eye on that house in the last story, I bet they looked very well while it got repainted and the yard changed. Glad he got money out of it.
I would have tried to turn it into a class action lawsuit by involving the parents of the other kids. The vast majority would have gone along with it and it would hurt the police far more.
Last story: So why did the neighbors let the HOA paint op’s house after claiming they would keep an eye on it? They must’ve forgotten that detail when making this story.
I'm a supporter of cops, but this, this is disgusting. People should have gone to jail over this gross negligence. Also, the body cams being off is 100% suspicious. Another thing, OP should have sued for lawyer fees/covering the lawyer as part of the settlement.
1st story: OP should have pressed for the city/police department to pay their lawyer fees. Hit them for every $ you can...including psychological counseling because your kid is already exhibiting signs of PTSD because of the cops ineptitude.
My guess Marcus did something really bad maybe involving cot her cops. If you turn off cam, you don’t want people to see what you did. They’d had to have turned it off or decide not to turn on beforehand
Cams should only be turned off for bathroom breaks, otherwise, if it's turned off, you are fired and prosecuted if violence occurred by your hand. We also need a national database with every cop in it, and a list of every bad thing they have done. Then cops should be insured like medical staff. If you F up, your insurance, not the tax payers pay up. Mind you, I work IT for a local cities PD. Though this PD requires a law degree, a written test and a psych exam before being hired. Guess what never happens here.
It sucks that Ben and the other children were traumatized but at least they learned a valuable lesson while still young. That lesson is that cops never help anybody not in their blue gang, can never ever be trusted, lie everywhere including in court, and should be avoided like the plague that they are. I’m actually shocked that they got fired but I’m sure they all just went down the road to the next department and got new jobs.
Story 1: I'm honestly surprised that the PD & local government were allowed to fire those officers. If they're unionized, they're usually virtually untouchable without explicit union approval.
Tbh... I am kinda curious if you can rat out one of the bad investigators. Like: "I confess! Officer screamy face here paid me to do it!". Like, sure: You *can* do it. But like... what'd happen? Would that even work?
Thanks to the fourth and final story, the female bully got her comeuppance when she finally realized that she was going to spend the rest of her life in jail for property damage and harassment.

The last story, the H.O.A. leadership I feel only did what they did to try to save face. Also being shown that they could lose to one person, opened their eyes that they needed to back away and have caution in taking on someone else in the future. As for the restoration to the previous state, that was due to the property owner.

How the fuck does a police raid a birthday party and not realize it's the wrong house!?
Greetings Ripe/Disnii & JB,, really appreciate all the great stories today, please keep up the amazing work & I will see you all again tomorrow (hopefully on time 😂),,be safe & Well,,⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😻😻😻😻😻👮😊
Blue and silver also my favorite color. I find that hilarious.
Lol
I would let a psychologist look over the little birthday boy. That sh1t's terrifying, I worry it might have lasting underlying effects. =(
story 3 reminded me why i want to stay single, thx for the reminder
a while back we were getting mail for a bloke who decided to use our address to get his mail sent here obviously we did the usual not living here and sent the mail back but a couple of months later the cops came knocking looking for him because he was going around bashing people and our house was where he had said he lived at.
Here's hoping the kids don't have nightmares
To op of first story, dunno if you done it or not yet but how about a moon themed play yard for your kids next birthday
These police stories are great! I would like more of these stories!**************
And cops wonder why we hate them
That hoa needs to be shut down or put under government oversight for the sake and safety of the neighborhood.
♾️⭐️s and 😻🤗s for Ripe, JB and Disney!
When he said dey had to pet for de emotional damage I laughed SO MUCH
Oh, those cops would PAY! I'd be suing everybody for every last thing they owned!
1st story: OP should have pressed for the city/police department to pay their lawyer fees. Hit them for every $ you can...including psychological counseling because your kid is already exhibiting signs of PTSD because of the cops ineptitude.
Erica: OP is doing something wrong, he hasn’t thrown Erica out of his house.
sounds like a class action law suit get all the other parents to join in on it. second story report them for making false police reports
Holy crap... I can't believe the first story is real! I looked it up and there's news articles about it! How do you even mess up that badly?!
Hell, no! Erika and Leah must go.
Omg what are the odds of that happening? I mean having your house being rated on a birthday party is like one in a billion probably.
The guy from Story 3 is not the a-hole. He set firm boundaries with the "friend," and they were constantly violated.
20:36 It’s because of stories like these that I will never join an HOA.
If I were the guy in the last story, I would press vandilism charges on the HOA, countersue them for the cost of undoing said vandilism.
They needed to use some of that money for Ben's therapy.
10:59 OP is absolutely not the A-H!
The cops SWATTED your home!! Not good!!
First story should have absolutely made the news. But at least the police officers responsible were fired for their stupidity and recklessness.
But have you changed the locks and garage code?
The pun at 0:32 haha
My god, the OP’s child is gonna have PSTD and will be traumatized by this, the kid(s) will not feel safe around the police after this
That's a 20 million dollar lawsuit right there
It sucks that Ben and the other children were traumatized but at least they learned a valuable lesson while still young.
They broke the law badly the union isn’t gonna protect them in that case because it would be a bad look for the union
op's son, later: "Sorry, I hate cops."
Cop: "Why? You a criminal and don't want us to know?"
"I was nearly killed by cops on my 4th birthday."
FLASHBANG OUT! *RIIIIIIIIINNGGG*
The Punisher moment
Wow 😱great posting 👍
1st story, happened to me last year, look in for someone who moved out 9 years before
Wiggum: Alright boys, 123 Fake Street. *The home of Knifey Wifey.*
Hello Ripe! xx 🎉
Raid a 4 year olds party, all the children are high on sugar.
“Why are you going after a two week old newborn for?”
That would have been my response. Let them be embarrassed.
over the years i hhave not heard of any good or decent HOA's . they all seem rotten to the core but i do LOVE hearing about them , coz we don't have any here
RUclips channel The Civil Rights Lawyer has lots of videos about situations like story 1. So does We The People University.
Howdy Hi Ripe & All You wonderful people,, I am on time today,,😹😹😹⭐⭐⭐
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I really enjoy the police stories.
HOAs need to understand that no means no.
5:59 How about counseling for all the kids? I hope some of the kids’ parents did that for their own kids.
Cops in trouble
1 story in short: FBI OPEN UP!
What THE FUCK kind of police men BREAK into some random person’s house, and COMPLETELY DESTROY THE WHOLE PLACE????????
Cops: Why do people hate us?
Also cops:
1:42 Really, yelling at little kids, who are obviously terrified, to shut up?
With the first story, he should have sued and made it a massive media shitstorm, as to make sure that the cops couldn't change the narrative to make it go against him
Corrupt cops are a disgrace to the uniform and badge!
Story 4: why did you not call the police and press charges for vandalism of your house?
Last: A (horse shoe) nail is lost => a kingdom is lost (14th Century)
Qaren forgets to buy spare batteries = cannot use her fun t0y = > goes crazy!
Disclaimer: Only making fun of HOA Prez. Not a general remark.
1st story: Talk about a way to ruin a birthday party!
The last story, the H.O.A. leadership I feel only did what they did to try to save face. Also being shown that they could lose to one person, opened their eyes that they needed to back away and have caution in taking on someone else in the future. As for the restoration to the previous state, that was due to the property owner.
