      Thank you! There was an example in the vid - but basically it just means that the behavior you're targeting has value in and fits with society.
      It's useful to teach people who travel about the cultures in which they are traveling to. It's useful to teach someone how to ride a bus on their own. It's appropriate to reinforce kids for good manners. It is not socially appropriate to teach someone to masturbate in public.
      It also speaks to methods - as I outlined in the video.

      Weird that I found these videos out of exasperated exhaustion with being observed and manipulated at my own expense without clarity of by whom or why. If you're always being observed without privacy, wouldn't that make any masturbation public? Whether it's happening in the bathroom being observed, in the bedroom being observed, in the car on the way to the store being observed. Public transportation on a bus masturbation,. That's a no no. So is unrelenting voyeurism imho
