someone on lanaboards (it's for lana del rey primarily but a bunch of artists have their own forums on there) posted them there. some people on there have close connections to her or have talked to her on discord though i dont know exactly *how* they got these... this audio in particular was posted on the forum in march 2020. nicole even has an account on there under the name 'blythe' and has posted in her forum, pictures of herself, in discussions of leaked lana songs etc, though she hasnt logged in since natural born losers era. i think she even participated in a 'lanaboards album'. i was so excited when i randomly found that account after signing up for the site to keep up with lana leaks lol i have never heard anyone talk about it before
