This level of interaction has been a stand out feature of this channel from day one. As a Patreon supporter I can tell you that it gets even better as I have just received a hand written thank you note! HAND WRITTEN! This is so rare to find and I am no one to talk as I have not written letters to people in a long time. Please consider becoming part of the Nauti Crew if you can. As for this video I am once again pleased to see the level of interaction increased and this just ads an extra layer of enjoyment to the videos that are already so well made. Just fantastic.
You 2 have literally ruined me for watching other walk-throughs . Extremely informative !!! Not too fast , not too slow , and not over done . Above all else it seems that you actually really enjoy what you're doing . Thank you !!!
Considering this yacht is 14 years it looks very well maintained! That wood looks nearly new. Interesting to see how layouts have changed since then, some for the better and some maybe not. For instance, I think I do like the galley placement in this one. Thanks, and enjoy the weekend 💙
You are special, Victoria; if only all walkthroughs were as informative and humorous. I especially like your take on live aboards, since you have one and know what is needed, like a great refrigerator, for example. Keep those videos coming.
The information and tours you guys present on your channel is second to none. I have to say that I get A LOT of pleasure out of watching the outtakes as well...you guys are hilarious :) Keep up the great work that you do!!!
My dream boat, only in my dreams i can own one, love every boat you show on your vids, thank you, my dreams of having a boat will never come true, but you guys made me smile 😊 in your every single video thank you so much
You look very professional in this video today. Great outfit. Thanks for the tour. The weather out there looks fantastic. It's freezing in Colorado, so a tour on a warm, sunny day in California is quite pleasing. Hope you have a great weekend .
As somebody who is not big and boating, but would love to be, And those little to nothing about boats, I find your channel incredibly informative. I am very much appreciative.
I love how this channel can go from super yachts to dinghies and over to cruisers. Great variety. This boat hits all the boxes and looks to be in fabulous shape. I would like to see it compared to an old school Hateras or Egg Harbor that has been revamped. All this boat needs is a DJ nook and you could trade for yours. Cheers.
Great tour guys thank you. What a great live-aboard. I really like this. Perhaps the heads are a little small but hey, you can't have everything. Two good first cabins, a great master, workable galley and lots of living and storage space. Fab, entertaining tour. Thanks again.
Outstanding content as always. I always love your presentations so very informative and entertaining. A must see always. Thank you very much. You two make such an impressive team.
Nice video Guys! I like the boat, but I would take out the double beds and put a laundry room in there and maybe living quarters for a pet. What do you think ?? I think Marco would approve of that idea :-) Glad you are back home and making exciting and interesting videos. Hope you both had some time to rest and recuperate.
Amazing video you 2! I don't know if I like the layout though. I would definitely do something with the salon. You have a large table in the cockpit, and a good size table by the lower helm, so you don't need the 1 in the salon. Just my opinion. Plus it's super hard to watch the TV where it is. The galley looks great, but I would move the dishwasher to the lower cabinets, and put the oven there instead. Then I would put a cupboard above the oven, if you can do that safely. Great looking boat though! Love the fly bridge!
Thanks for yet another interesting presentation @NautiStyles ..! About this boat... I like primarily the nice big windows for the mid-ship cabin! Those are not found on earlier boats... Did they appear on yachts from ca 2007..? A possible concern is that there are no proper locks on any of the cabinets... just some plastic clip to hold each of them closed. I wonder how that's going to work out in big seas.
Hiya Vico, again a wonderful film, thank you. Would you buy this to live on? Does it tick enough boxes for you two. There were fire surppretion systems in the lazorete & the engine room, first time I've seen both, very cool. It looks very well cared for, just a few things looking old, other than me, the oil xfer pump looked very old, but the sea strainers looked new? Part way through upgrades? V you looked young & carefreeee! Rico you looked as solid & dependable as ever... & young... V you need to roll the sleeves up to get the real look. I know you don't remember that far back but trust an old foggie, I do, I'm still in 1968... A very good year when I went to live in Cyprus for 3 years & met Elaine, my first love...ahhhhh! Sad old git... lol.... Back to the boat, a rare find, one that has been used well & cared for too. How is the power plant, we never get to hear them roar... I can see you 3 living aboard this one... comments like 'This would be the editing space' , give a strong clue. I would love to see you in the Caribian on her? Maybe? Sorry about the spelling, Stay safe...Steve...
I love that you have 'departments'. Rico should be General Manager of Power, Propulsion & Technology. Victoria can take on the role of General Manager of Aesthetics, Ergonomics and Quality Control.
Ok guys, I think you deserve the 93' Viking (Book ends) but if this one is realistic for your budget I feel this is a good balance between luxury yacht and practical live aboard. Supprisingly spacious for a 54' and still really managable maintenance wise. Great walkthrough, love to see you exploring. 👍
@@NautiStyles heck yeah! Dishwasher and cold storage, 3rd cabin could be your walkin closet, more inside work and entertainment space, better (outside!) access to the engines and napping on the flybride as the cherry on top!
You 2 are awesome...as always!!! Thank you for what you do and sharing......BTW, any more videos of your own life and boat? I personally found it extremely down to earth and entertaining!! seriously Heck, Rico can do an oil change!!! Hope he still gets dirty!??!?!?! hahahahahahaha
Thank you so much for watching! Yes, we will be doing more videos of our boat life as well. Also check out our Patreon page where we focus on the Liveaboard and our work life
Victoria and Ricco you did a great presentation. Thanks to your videos I have decided on a 40 or 43 foot trawler. For the size of this vessel I’m sorry but I think it was poorly designed 🤷🏻♂️
That's a nice sized boat, about 3/4 the living area of our current house LOL Do you know what the air draft is on this one? It looks like it's about 20' to the top of the bimini, but my eyes could be deceiving me. I do like the layout and considering the size of the boat and the size of the powerplants I have to agree with Rico that there's a nice bit of room to work on the engines.
Are u boating up to Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦? I thought I read that somewhere If so welcome but double check the stupid restrictions before u enter. If so do a walk around gas Town eat at the old spaghetti factory.
Hi Victoria and Rico. Exciting and Interesting demonstrations you give us every time. Rico is an excellent cameraman and you Victoria you are an excellent viewer and communicator of the boat's content and Rico is a lucky man to have such a beautiful wife with so much good looks and Wearing super smart clothes at every show 😊
I almost bought a 45 Viking in 2002, but my bank needed a survey before financing and they sold the boat before I could get it done. Get a survey before putting your yacht up for sale, makes it quicker. It was priced very low, owner couldn't afford it and I didn't have that much cash on hand, but someone did.
Great job kids that’s a nice boat for the money. Could you guys some time through out some ball park figures like what a yearly spot like the one that boat is in. Would cost yearly and other costs you would have. Thanks 🙏
Look they even have cup holders right here! So nice...🥂" "Yup, gotta have cup holders🍻. Same right there for the captain. One cup holder right there! 🍺" Lol, very nice boat. Very doable and reasonable priced, just needs a little TLC. Pull the trigger and make it yours.
Well done videos:-) Very cool boat, except the "saloon area" with 2 more or less mirroring tables is a bit strange. Fantastic galley, master cabin and glossy woodwork.
@@NautiStyles that is true, I didn’t think about it that way, even though you mentioned it in the video. In my opinion, most boats have way to many cabins and I would rather have 2 beds less and a proper office instead of a 3rd or 4th cabin. But on this boat, the second table actually is a good place to work, because the entire space is raised and you can watch the ocean while working😜
It’s very very “dated” ..... but I DO like the midship full-beam Master.....I think your own live-aboard is much much better....by the way ... what year is your live-aboard and what length? I don’t believe you said.

One thing I really love on these slightly older boats is the analog gauge clusters. It just doesn't seem like a helm without them.

One could live in it but seems ill suited with so many tiny spaces. Day cruising & sleep over night seems more the purpose.
Any air conditioning?
Athens boat looks very good. Very good renovation. And, the yellow leather jacket looks good too. : - )
