I wonder why she didnt say "if you are overeating than you are of the devil"... gluttony is one of the 7 sins. this is one of my issues with church- they place a hierarchy on sin... I digress- I just discovered this man and really like him, so I've been watching alot of his videos the past week. It's so odd that back then they were saying they need to go back to the way things were and people today are saying they wish they had church today like they did in this video... seems like everyone has always been saying "we need to go back"... i agree though- church really did use to have supernatural power. i am not a christian or a big fan of christianity but I will admit that miracles were performed in the old church but today most services are watered down. I see something in these videos that I havent seen in church for a long time; nobody "quickens" anymore...

However, although there was sin in the entire world, he went to Sodom and Gomorrah to destroy those cities. There are lots of things that are sin, but there are lists such as 1 Cor 6:9 lets us know that certain things will land us in hell for real. I hope that this helps you. Peace and blessings.

Happily Agnostic-Theist I had to take a moment to reply, because I didn't expect the energy. So I am still saying yes ALL unrighteousness is sin. When I say hierarchy I am meaning there are levels of sin although all is sin. God destroyed Sodom but of course the rest of the world was not righteous. They more or less crossed the tipping point. For us today, if one believes in Christ, if we were to merely trust in out ability to follow a moral code we wouldn't make it. That's why the bible says in Ephesians 2:8,9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." At the same time, numerous scriptures tell believers to more or less keep themselves "unspotted from the world." So what gives, we trust totally in the work of Christ for salvation and yet we are obligated to live a clean life for God daily. The list of "deadly sins" that I'm familiar with is in the Book of Proverbs 6:16-19, that states that the Lord specifically regards "six things the Lord hateth, and seven that are an abomination unto Him", namely: A proud look A lying tongue Hands that shed innocent blood A heart that devises wicked plots Feet that are swift to run into mischief A deceitful witness that uttereth lies Him that soweth discord among brethren. Finally, to address the elephant in the room, yes the woman is fat. That is not good. I don't know her whole story. My point is that any believer who is striving to serve God will have difficulties in the flesh. There is a difference in having things in your life that are overtly listed in scripture as landing one into hell. One such list is in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 and another is in Galatians 5:19-21. These list CERTAIN things that if we practice, we are lost. Point blank. Although I agree, that we should be temperate even in our eating, there is NOT a thrust on that in the new testament. I will never say that I have all of the answers, at the same time, let's avoid the direct land mines that are overtly written. We are in a time of grace, but as we continue in grace, God will constantly lead us to put off things that are even weights in our lives. This is mentioned in Hebrews 12:1 "let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us." I hope this helps because I normally would not make a post this long so there may be a lot of typos.
