@@RobBurden The Productivity 1000 cannot do this directly. However, you could use a program on the computer to get and store the data. AdvancedHMI could be used. This would communicate Modbus TCP (Ethernet) to the P1000. Advanced HMI is opened sourced and is written in VB.Net. accautomation.ca/productivity-1000-series-plc-advancedhmi-modbus-tcp-ethernet-communication/ Another option would be to use Node-RED to get the data from the controller and store to the local hard drive in a CSV or Database.
