Me and my brother collected all of 8 ball as it was coming out, that series was a highpoint of indie comics and so insanely influential on indie comics and artist that came after.
The ending also made me have the ‘what?’ reaction. I finished it a few days ago and it’s been occupying space in my brain since. It made me feel like I hadn’t processed something while reading, but in a way that I still appreciate. I think that speaks to how good of a reread it will be. Great review!

I just finished Monica. Feel like I need to read it a few times, much like Patience it’s complex and challenging
