Hello, Jay! Thank you for doing this video. I live in Palm Beach County, and it's extremely hard to receive assistance here. Im happy to hear that I may still have a chance. Im 44, and I've had 3 strokes and 2 brain aneurysms . Im no longer able to work, and Im not used to this whole new world. I can't afford anything out here. Im on a few waiting lists and its very hard to get intouch with PHA'S.

Hello! We’ve just received a letter that we have reached the top of the waiting list in our state, then we submitted a ton of paperwork. I’ve preemptively started reaching out to rentals. But typically how long does it take for the PHA to issue the voucher once you’ve reached the top of the list?
30 -90 days.

Hey I’m wondering how many hours I would need to book if I were to get help from you. I really can’t afford much, but I want to make sure I maximize my outcome for section 8. There is a online portal to apply, I just want to make sure I answer the questions correctly to score high.

Do you do consulting ONLY for section 8? I got an improper notice of eviction by my landlord in Los Angeles County, and not 100% how to respond to it, but it's not Section 8 housing.
