The Kyoto Tachibana band isn't like other marching bands. They are a world renowned, award winning, high school band that was formed by students as a school club. Besides their skill at playing their instruments, they have to play while dancing and marching. Part of their practice includes martial arts exercises. They have become an elite performing band over the years. There are RUclips videos of how hard it is to become a member of that club. There is no other band to compare with them. Their uniforms were made by Alumni and volunteers. While the members are part of the school sponsored music program, this club is a separate entity created by the students, choreographed by the students, and directed by the students. To be able to "march" with this band you have to have exceptional instrument skills, stamina, and a genuine love for the final performances.

My favorite street performance used to be by a guy in my hometown of California. He went by the name of JUBBA (pronounced - HUBBA). He hailed from Jamaica and was the most lively fellow, who would hold large crowds captive as he drank, ate and JUMPED, BAREFOOT INTO A GIANT PILE OF FRESHLY BROKEN GLASS.. leaving Venice Beach goers in both aww and nausea 😅🤢. His true name was Perry and I would stay to have dinner with him in the evening. I miss him 😢. Does anyone know what's become of my old friend? ❤
When my daughter was around 13 we went to Hawaii…. She had never seen street performers, she was so excited to watch them. You go to Hawaii you don’t think of street performers 😂😂😂😂. Best part of her trip

This was the most boring video this channel has ever shown! I'm from New Orleans, where our Parades are outstanding. the high school band was ok, but our High School Bands are supreme! Street bands, & all others are fantastic. Especially our Funerals. If you want to see great performers go there and Really be Amazed!
