Blatantly shooting the Sombra while she’s invis is wild 😂
Happend to me once aswell there was a pharah just always shooting me in invis form but for some reason I was on sombra nearly the entire game
He likely seen her go into the doorway beforehand. I wouldve donw the same. Doesnt mean its a cheat... very legit gameplay. People just jumping onto assumptions bc they lost the match 4 vs 5.

The fact that the team with the cheater was trash talking on top of that is really sad. It’s true that it’s probably not typical to see someone hard aim locking/ aim botting on a non hitscan, but their mercy must have seem him shoot multiple time at the invisible sombra and hitting her spot on lol

The mercy is almost more toxic than the cheater. Pocketing a cheater and reviving is just trash. Make matters worse they are trash talking. Hope the ban hammer strikes them all down

the worst thing about having cheaters on your team in these ranks is that you can't even trust if the enemy is telling the truth, as someone gets called a cheater every other game and its usually not true, so you can only really watch the replay afterwards and make a decision from there after the fact

A friend of mine and I played in QP (myself as support and friend as DPS) and the enemy team alerted us that our Orisa was snapping on them. Not one, not two, but three of them. Even though it was 'only' QP, I did what any good support would do... I didn't touch the cheater for heals and just watched their health go down. Unfortunately, the other support didn't care and kept them healed, but I said to my mate, 'Yeah, dude, I'm sticking with you, fark that Orisa'
We watched the replay back and in the first 30 seconds (We've learned what to look for thanks to your vids) we were like, "Yeah, nah that enemy team was right to be suss on them"
Shots were hitting when their crosshair was nowhere near them, the snaps were insane, spears never missed, and I laughed cause you'd see me just out of nowhere begin to not even heal them. It's so sad that people just do this shit.
The cheaters *do* have to play QP before they can play comp. And I've caught cheaters testing cheats in QP before.
Blizzard's detection system is bad.
@Moonyfruit Oh yeah for sure! Not saying that they can't be in any game mode.. And that's exactly what my mate and I said too.. They gotta practice using them somewhere. From last check, they may have actually been banned
If I play as Mercy I would never know if someone in my team is cheating or not if no one tells. As a console guy who has limited fov and 60 fps I'm too much focused on health bars of my team, positioning and spamming to stay together.

@@qiyuxuan9437 nah bro, widow main here. sometimes you can have insane games and the support has no way of knowing whether I'd be cheating or not, most of the time. Unless the enemy team tells them, but even then it depends on whether you trust them or not - maybe they're just salty because your dps is better than theirs? Maybe it just looked sus but a one-time thing? It's really difficult to tell as the support. That's why I believe blizzard should make deathcams for teammates go into first person on your own team
Had an almost identical match yesterday. A support and dps were hard carrying the other two after their tank abandoned halfway through the first round. Wasn't this obvious but I had suspicions. I was our teams tank and both tanks had been mid diamond in a silver/gold lobby.
it felt like the mercy 100% knew phara was cheating and at 9:47 it looked like the phara was like "hey mercy follow me and pocket me" but i dunno. the ana im not sure cuz she didn't nano genji once but prob doesn't mean anything

The fact that a 4 v 5 without a cheater on your team is so near impossible to win, is a prime example of why there is an issue with people leaving games. Why would I play a 4 v 5 when it's known that I'll lose with almost certainty? And it's not even the loss, it's the frustration of being in a handicap match as well. Constantly being ganged on, etc. That's not fun.
Honestly, if someone in a gold game told me someone else was cheating, I wouldn't believe them anyway. =P People have a weird definition of cheating in low ranks, which is usually just someone playing well that game.
There are so many cheaters in OW pretty easy to find
On the oppsite side, many gold or even some plats can't tell an obvious cheater. There was a few games that the enemy widow had 80%+ scoped crit accuracy open profile, and very obvious wall hack. But teammates, even the widow who get killed over 10 times think that cheater is legit smurf😂

Since season 3, there is a punishment if you keep playing with cheaters in your group.
They dont see the killcam man its hard to tell when theres a cheater on your team. Mercy couldve seen the invisible sombra being shot at but i doubt he had that much awareness

He probably plays Junkrat because the projectile arcs, so it's much easier to constantly fake flicks. Pharah is a straight line projectile so he get's found out because the bot can't projectile without lining the shot. Generally the hackers plan is to endlessly make it look like he's flicking so it looks natural, he goes on a hero where flicking doesn't work(for the most part) and gets caught.

It was apparent the first couple minutes.
At about 1:07, when he's shooting down from the building, the camera keeps flicking left and right at light speed with each shot.
Seconds later when he killed Echo, there was another extremely fast flick upward before he fired the kill shot.
No human moves their mouse like this, flicking crazily all over the place before every shot. That's the aimbot influencing your aim and causing weird af jitters, probably for some technical reason that has to do with switching control between the bot and your mouse input.
For projectiles, aimbots aren't as obvious because you don't hard lock the hit boxes - you're just aiming at approximate spaces based on trajectory. You even will still miss often with the bot turned on. But the quirky shit is still there and easy to spot, sometimes even without slow motion.
It was just immediately obvious from the very first shot with Pharah, though, lol.
He's the type of player that says pocket me mercy and we win.

I've seen hacks at can predict movement and will compensate slow projectiles. Pretty easily noticeable if you played fps for a long time but i get why jay couldn't see it in the beginning

The worst I had was, I lost a 5v3, and the other team only had a healer, dps, and tank. But they weren't cheating they were just hard smurfing we couldn't cap a single point or defend
junk and pharah are such interesting characters to choose to cheat on imo
i imagine it works great in low elo... most people wont immediately suspect youre cheating and the high impact damage pretty much guarantees you secure the kill anyways without needing to worry too much about your shitty positioning getting you killed as you dont need to engage up close.
The onus is on the enemy team being good enough at hitscan to start whittling you down and at low elos most of the time that wont happen

Well, I know that cheater won, but seeing that ruzzian player on Zarya losing with their zwastika and war support in his nickname, make my heart feels good.
Would you mind telling how exactly their name has any war support or Swastika? Other than “they play Zarya and their name starts with a Z”. (Just a humble question from a European who happen to fluently speak Russian) I couldn’t find any meaning to their name. My only guess is “Za4em” which means “why”, but it doesn’t make any sense nor sound more fun with a “3” instead of “4”. I’m not trying to be mean or defensive here, I’m genuinely curious 👀
@@oliie1536 Sure =) It`s actually not "Za4em", it`s "Za3em", witch means "Za Zemlyakov" = "for compatriots" or for brother by homeland, something like that. This is pretty common Russian propaganda slogan right now, with this Z in "za" as a symbol of war (they write this z everywhere, even on covers of school books for kids in occupaton). They say, that Ukraine is their (Russian) land by history, so they have rights for this war, and Ukrainians are their zemlyaki, but under occupation of America, who created anti-Russia named Ukraine and fooled russian people, that they are not russian anymore (yes, Russian propaganda is madness). Also there were many names in USSR, as combines of slogans their times, like Dazdraperma - da zdravstvyet pervomai = glory to 1st may, Karmiyz - krasnaya armiya = red army, and many-many others, so this is same logic here, all russian letters in name, exept 1st, and you can clearly see, thet it's not number 3, its letter З (it's bigger and rounder than number). As a russian speaking myself, who lived in USSR alittle, I feel shame for this person on Zarya.
@@ashenone689 I did try to make it make sense by looking at number 3 as Z, however neither “zazem” or “za zemlyakov” happens to be propaganda slogan. And yes, I did look in hidden Russian resource platforms other than google to see whether I missed the point when anything else other than “Z” became a slogan. The only thing that I found about Za3em was a bunch of Arabic links and I cba to translate them at first, but after you replied I did and found out that Za3em means “leader” in Arabic and it’s one of the gaming clans (PUBG focused ones), so I truly don’t think that Zarya’s name has anything to do with a “Z”. Considering how many times I heard a man with Arab accent sending me to a kitchen and calling me a prostitute in game I’m more likely to believe that this Zarya is from Arab country and not Russia 😅 I think the fact that they’re playing Russian character and their name starts with “Z” can be a bit deceiving, and people who truly care about peace can get a wrong message. I’m sure “DayZ” development team gets at least one accusation email per day for the same reason haha

My friend had his account hacked and was banned a few days later. I think the reason that these accounts have stuff on them (and why their rank is so low) is because they are possibly hacked accounts that the hacker is playing on.

nano pharah with mercy pocket is really good lol pharah can 1 tap squishies with nano and pocket 120*1.5*1.3
If he didn’t get nanoed there the echo and zarya would have killed him unless ur talking about a different moment but they should have nanoed the genji on their team for sure
@@waedoface4313 but the buffs don't overlap if i remember correctly, nano has priority over mercy's boost, so nano is the only buff applied, idk if it works the same with bap's window since window's buff is bigger so its supposed to have higher priority over nano

If I’m mercy and there’s a cheater on my team I’d just go battle mercy and spam “you should really get that looked at” whenever the cheater dies while begging to be healed

hey jay! i do have a question- in some of your videos, you include ranks higher than bronze, lower than GM, and even console players! how would i be able to participate in these stream activities? i’m currently a diamond (almost masters) console tank main and it would mean the world to me if i could get a chance to participate in any challenge you have to offer :)
He actually selects the participants from his discord server I’m pretty sure! So your best bet is to probably request that on the discord but I’m not necessarily sure! But that’s my best advice! 😊
A lot of people still don't really understand how a lot of the projectile aimbots for ow look like
ya even in a 5v4 there isnt much you can do against a rage hacker with double pocket supports, especially if your tank is zarya and can never get close enough to the hacker to deal damage
If that mercy knowingly boosts the hacker, they deserve the ban as well.
Silver/Gold is a place. one time I had a Mercy on my team, I died she had rez, but didn't use it. 'Btw I was the only one dead'.

Sad thing is that those ranks are desperate to win so supports will hard pocket them even if they can clearly see something's off - or when enemy calls cheater out.
Once I was called a cheater by a Zen (idk, I somehow managed to constantly headshot him - only him, game of my life really). Before he said a thing I had to run for medkits. After he called me a cheater I was hard pocketed by both supports. I had no idea if I should be happy I don't have to look for medkits anymore or sad that supports are willing to hard pocket a "cheater" to win.

The first like 3 minutes there wasn't anything blatant, even walls isn't since you can hear all of the chars movement abilities and stomping around. Boi does that change pretty quick though 🤣🤣

I'm watching more and more games where my team gets stomped and finding suspicious plays. I do not think blizzard has a matchmaking issue. I think they know what the issue is and are dancing around it.

Honestly, except for the strange aiming, this is a completly normal game against Junkrat and Pharah in lower ranks. Those characters are simply too powerful in lower ranks.
At least gold-genjis only get dangerous, when they get blade but those 2 are just killing you without LOS.

Let's be honest, 5 v 4 isn't fair. Cheating isn't either but something must be done about losing just because someone ragequitted/disconnected. It should give the enemy team the win and it shouldn't count as a defeat for you. Blizzard is really strict with leaving matches in ranked alredy so let them punish the one who actually left.
I've played against this guy before, I'm happy to say he couldn't do shit against my ashe lmao, he played floor pharah for half the game before switching to echo. He was talking shit the whole time and still lost. Didn't even realize he was cheating till this video lol
Wait, I remember winning a 4v5 when our tank left. Now it's making me think if someone cheated, since everyone is saying you can't win those fights. It happened at bronze, so I don't know if that was actually the reason.
at bronze its always winnable. just have to be less braindead than the other team
I won a 4 v 5 matchwith no tank, on sliver I believe as support. The enemy team wasn't really good tho.

This is why Sombra is the most broken/useless character. They can see her while she's invisible and still thought it was a good idea to play Sombra. A pocketed hitscan or Dva would've easily fixed the problem. That's why these guys are Gold.
