We recently stayed in Sadanand Farmstay , Karjat. The resort is still undergoing some renovation work. The rooms are cosy and clean.
Their highlight is the room with private pool.
Staff is helpful.

There is Sai baba temple inside the premises and big area for kids and pets to play with common swimming pool.
