Many people, especially young people, see God as harsh and stern-One who wants to take away all the fun in life. Many professing Christians see the God of the Old Testament as an out-of-touch old man demanding unreasonable requirements, but they see Jesus coming along to do away with those laws and replace them with a different, more loving law. Do you realize, my friends, that these views are totally in error? The God of the Old Testament is not a stern out-of-touch Being, nor are His laws unreasonable.
On today’s Tomorrow’s World program I’ll reveal a shocking truth that few understand. We will see what the Bible says about the God of the Old Testament, what it says about love, and what it is that God truly requires of you and me.
A warm welcome to all of you from all of us here at Tomorrow’s World. And I especially welcome those of you tuning in for the first time. Today I’m going to give you something that will open your mind to a shocking truth about God that is there for everyone to see, yet almost no one knows it.
Let’s face facts. God is not popular in our world today. Many people don’t believe He exists, believing instead in a creation without a Creator. They believe perfectly harmonious life forms were created out of chaos, yet it can be proven that this is a mathematical impossibility.
Further, we must ask, “Where did matter originate?” Yes, I’m talking about the dirt underneath our feet. Most scientists now believe there was a beginning for our universe, but have no means of explaining how the existing laws that govern matter came to be.
We’ve had other programs on this subject, so I won’t go into that at this time. Suffice it to say that the “no God” concept comes more from prejudice than from scientific fact.
Many see God as One who is impossible to please. They see Him as a harsh demanding Being who enjoys punishing people and seems to hate His very creation. But is that so? Others go to the opposite extreme of thinking that God requires virtually nothing of us. Neither of these concepts is correct.
So let’s talk about God. Who is He, and what does He require of us? Do you realize that the second part to this question is not new? Notice it in Micah 6 and verse 8:
“He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” (Micah 6:8).
A similar sentiment is expressed by King David in the 15th Psalm where the requirements of God are elaborated upon. The questions are asked:
“...Who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill?” (Psalm 15:1).
These questions go beyond the time of David and reflect what God requires of anyone who hopes to be in the Kingdom of God. Now notice the answer:
“He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart; he who does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; in whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he honors those who fear the Lord; he who swears to his own hurt and does not change; he who does not put out his money at usury, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved” (Psalm 15:2-5).
Now if you didn’t know better you would think these were the words of Jesus, not those of someone living under the Old Covenant. Maybe the Old Testament God is not quite as harsh as some believe.
But what about those Ten Commandments? Are they as oppressive as some think? Are they burdensome and impossible to keep? Some think so and I’ve personally been told this. I’ve also heard it said that there is nothing you can do to be saved-it’s all been done for you, but is that what the scriptures reveal?
Notice what the one who is considered the Apostle of love has to say about God’s commandments in 1 John 5:3.
“For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome” (1 John 5:3).
But didn’t Jesus come to nail those commandments to the stake? Didn’t He do away with them? Let’s read what He said in Matthew 19. Here a young ruler came to Him and asked the following question:
“...Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?” (Matthew 19:16).
Now, that’s a fair enough question. After all, who wants life to end? Now I understand that when you’re 16, you think life will go on forever. Old age appears so far off and when YOU grow old, YOU will not be decrepit like all the old people you see. No, you’ll still be playing basketball-no sitting down for you! But that’s not reality. We do get old and we understand that there is an end. That’s when most people begin thinking more seriously about the question:

I am so THANKFUL that as boy, was taught the old Testament first in my earlier life.. and my mom was wise enough to take my brother and I to a Bible teaching church as we were very young. And so fortunate to be able to attend a non denominational Christian School for 4 years of my life before entering public high school.. however I fell to the worldly ways in High School, and was lost for several years afterwards. I thank my Good Father in Heaven almost everything day for whining me back in at age 21, when I finally submitted my will over to Jesus, confessing Him as Savior, was Baptized in water, and watch that evening as Jesus and another, pulled demons from my body before I finally passed out from mental exhaustion from the days events. My life since, has been one battle after another, and over coming so many things in my life through the MIGHTY POWER of the Son of God Himself, Yeshua in me. I have NO credit myself, but unto JESUS the Flesh of God, Yahweh.. I have prayed for years, to live as He would want, and there is no doubt in my heart, mind and soul, to live as a Righteous man in Christ, and with Him in me, I can do all things, this is the TRUE WAY.. although I fall, and stubble, He has never forsaken me, and has ALWAYS come to Rescue me.. PRAISE JESUS, GOD HIMSELF IN FLESH, AND I OWE ALL TO HIM. AMEN

Dietary law is a burden to many. I was enlightened about dietary law when I read Isaiah 66. I asked forgiveness and from then on I obeyed the law. The next revelation to me is the day of Sabbath and other holy days observed since the 1st century disciples. To my shock, I grew up believing, celebrating and observing the wrong holidays. For a long time I have been attending Sunday worship service but when I watched tomorrow's world last June 30, I was again enlightened. I asked forgiveness and immediately obeyed, now I'm attending the Sabbath service. If I could only explain and express my joy and peace to other people. I shared my experience with some of my friends but I think they're not convinced. I'm praying for them and they said they also are praying for me 😊

Moshe (Moses) asks God "Show me your glory." God responds that He cannot be seen by any human being. But, God tells Moshe, "Stand in the cleft of the rock" and "you will see My back, but My face must not be seen." (Exodus 33: 17-23) What does this mean?

Genesis 15:6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
John 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
    Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

15:6 And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.
15:7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.
      15:8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;
15:9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
15:10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?

"You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only." James 2:17-18, 24

So the question is what God wants from me? To keep his commandments?
Teach something more than being a scribe....paul and other disciples taught what was revealed to them.. u are rotating around the written codes(mere knowledge).
Obey Jesus faithfully.. and then u will receive wisdom(parable of 1 talent, 2 talents, 5 talents) to learn the kingdom of God in Jesus christ!
There is no such thing called as ten commandments now in the covenant of the blood of Jesus christ..if u love people u will fulfill the old.. Jesus said when HOLYSPIRIT comes he will teach u about three things..
    1) righteousness
    2) sin
    3) judgement
These three is a mystery and thats why we need HOLYSPIRIT to teach us.. and if u dont love the truth and grace in Jesus christ you will not receive the HOLYSPIRIT... paul says.. unless u stop reading the old testament your veil on ur heart will remain and u cant see or hear the truth of the gospel.. you wont understand the parables either..so learn who is Jesus... since he is the alpha and omega!
Faith upon GOD and faith upon Jesus... learn about these two destinations of ur faith! U will know the truth and it will set u free....

Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?" Also, we have many resources explaining in great detail how Paul explained law and grace. Here is one video: ruclips.net/video/_tg7CsXO6KE/видео.html

The answer is about what God wants for you. You were cast down here on this earth because of some deficiencies, namely you didn't see how God was doing everything, even the things that the angels and even Satan is doing. We are guilty of idolatry or polytheism of some sort. God has all power. So first we repent, then ask for forgiveness, and then obey God's laws. All our worship practices will develop our soul to be strong enough to be closer to God in the Hereafter. God wants you to develop your soul, the true you. Things done in God's name develop the soul. This life is our last chance to change our ways and submit to God alone, whole heartedly. Forget all the prophets, messengers, saints, Jesus, or whoever else. Find the words that they delivered in God's name and follow those words. This earth is a temporary ride through space, giving each one of us a last chance to make things right. The end of the ride has the destination of hell unless you were saved from this fate by submitting a complete and total submission to God's scripture. But do not pollute your worship with idolatry by imploring or mentioning Jesus or the saints or Mary or whoever in your worship. Jesus will disown those who call him lord when he is brought back to earth along with you on the Day of Judgement. God is the only real lord. We must worship God alone to be redeemed. This is information from the Old Testament, the New Testament and the Final Testament: the Quran. The "Son of Man" already came in 1988 and this is what he shared. Look up Quran: The Final Testament by Dr. Rashad Khalifa. Peace and May God guide the believers.

..this ministry presents much "truth" out of the pages of scripture but yet does not seem to recognize that the "Word" should not be assumed to be a preexistent Son.
As this ministry has so often taught "not" to read into the text of scripture what is "not" there, it does.
The text says the "Word was God". We know that the Greek for the "Word" is "logos" and it's meaning "the spoken word" or "something said (including the thought)".
In that sense the word is an "it", not a person but a thing just like in Lk1:35.
Consider early Bible versions of Tyndall, Matthew's, the Great Bible, the Geneva Bible, and the Bishop's Bible all use the word "it".
In other words, our Father spoke creation into existence which agrees perfectly with passages like Ge1:3,6,9,11,14,20 and 24. Our Father spoke and it was done! Ps33:6,9 clearly say, "By the word of the Almighty were the heavens made; and all the host by the breath of his mouth..For he spoke and it was.."
Not only did our Father speak creation into existence, but at the appointed time, also spoke His son into existence just as Jo1:14 confirms.
It should be correctly understood that Jesus did not become "the Word of our Father" until his birth as a flesh and blood male child.
Even at that time, whenJesus knew who he was and who is Father was (Lk2:49), he knew what he had to do. He was so filled with wisdom, knowledge, Spirit, and power that Paul says he was "in the form (or likeness) of God". Paul did not say he "was God" 2Co4:6.
Just as this ministry teaches that the Holy Spirit of God is not a separate being or "trinity", so should this ministry understand the "Word" spoken of in John 1, be viewed as the same spoken word that was our Father's from creation.
Still,..I am very thankful for all the "truth" taught that harmonizes with what scripture does say.
