Even coming from a person who leans on the conservative side, the hate thrown on War on Hormones is truly upsetting. It’s understandable that some would become somewhat uncomfortable with it (but it’s nothing compared outright rated SPG songs there), the haters took the chance to blow up the mistranslations that would suit their narrative. On the contrary, I find it genius and bold, the song was a bop and their performance was awesome. The lyrics stayed true to what the song wanted to express, it’s literally “War of Hormones”, what do they expect? Well I guess, everyone has different perceptions, I respect that. I feel bad for the song and the tannies’ had, but I’m thankful to those who gave constructive criticism. This incident showed to people how much BTS and BigHit esp RM are people with integrity, owning up to things that had “offended” people and strives to learn and improve. BTS journey (music and everything else) is something that people would want to revisit again and again, it may come with a different form to other people, “everything is the same thing but different names, it’s LIFE again” - Sea . There’s so much to learn from them, get inspired, motivated and receive comfort thru their songs. I am glad I have come to know them. 😊

I've always liked it, it captures pretty much hormonal puberty where you don't know if you're coming or going, the thoughts are all jumbled in your head when you meet someone attractive. I don't find this misogynistic at all. I found it to be real. Especially as they are talking about essentially what goes through the head at the time. And the title says it all...WAR of hormone. Also the percentage of Army going through puberty right now on social media, yeah you can tell and it sums up this song very well to those ones. The fangirling over hands....what?
