Neft Dashlari: Kota Minyak di Tengah Laut Kaspia

Di tengah Laut Kaspia, tepatnya 55 kilometer dari bibir pantai Azerbaijan, berdiri sebuah kota apung yang tak biasa, bernama Neft Daslari. Kota ini tak seperti kota umumnya. Sebab, seluruh bangunannya berada di atas pulau buatan yang sekaligus menjadi kilang minyak terbesar di Azerbaijan.
