The So Called “Ripper” Spoiler Was Changed To The NFSU2 Spoiler Airforce Model, The Name Of The Spoiler Did Not Change, And The Og Ripper Spoiler Wasn’t Added In Any Way. Not Even As A Renamed Spoiler. And I Am Sure That No One Wants To Waste Their Time Just To Mod A Single Spoiler Into The Game.
As much as I agree with you that this livery sucks ass, I don't actually think that's Eddie's Skyline. Because in the tutorials for Drag racing and Drift events of Underground1, a very similar Skyline is seen with minor changes to the stripe style and color as well as lacking a roof scoop. Also I don't think it was ever shown or confirmed to be Eddie's Skyline in the cutscenes.

It was shown in the opening scenes of UG2 in which the player was seen on top of his game in Olympic City. That means UG2 started where NFS U broke off. At 3:28 you can clearly see how similar these cars are. That cannot be a coincidence.
