I took the mortgage educators class. It was amazing @marcos Warbis! I don’t like the test prep course. I am more of a visual learner and reading tons is not my thing. What did you use to study? I hear people say to just study the 1000 questions package within mortgage educators and you should pass. What do you think?

I personally think the flash cards have too many fillers words for the explanation. I would prefer the explanation to be short and precise. ;))

@@shannonhondo260 Watch some of @Claysmile videos. He has a lot of good information on various topics. Take notes, study, and repeat! You can also use Compucram, which is a website to take practice tests and quizzes. You can pass this test, but you need to dedicate time to learning everything! Keep me posted when you pass April 1st!!

I posted a comment approximately 24 hours ago expressing my thanks that you put these flash cards together. In that previous comment, I also questioned the source that you retrieved the information about HOEPA loans with balloon payments that need to have a minimum term of 5 years.Because I cannot find the same information on the CFPB website under TILA Regulation.
