for me none of the dragons are there I’ve been stuck on this quest for months I got the quest from Linda and from valdel governess i didn’t spell that right but Lina in the quest says go to governess fall in jorvik city can u help?

Okay, when I press the bus stop. So I see Jorvik City Galleria, Aideen's Plaza, Governor's fall & Pier 13. There should be four places to go to.
