First time making katsudon! [Okana Nanako]

Using a basic recipe for reference, I took on the challenge of making katsudon.
In my teens, I worked part time on a factory line making chilled bento.
At the time, when katsudon was being made, I diligently packed egg whites into the containers. Recalling the stench of fried food made me anxious this time.
