Oh are we hyped for the new Rock Star album now - we've already seen the unveil video and we've totally been spoiled most of the song but....well, first off, d'some forgot the drop so that helped, and second, it doesn't matter if SKZ spoiled the song because it wasn't a spoiler. The song in its entirety was absolutely insane - it was one of the hardest tracks we've ever heard from SKZ and it threw us into chaos rage mode.
This video is pretty out there - we were all over the place, but that's what Megaverse is like anyways. Call it being meta. WE CANNOT WAIT FOR LALALA.

I don't think I've ever had an album where I liked every song so equally, but for very different reasons.
I love the 5-Star album, but I definitely have favourites on it. For Rock-Star, if you said I could only choose one song to ever hear again, I think I would have a nervous breakdown trying to decide.
There are some that go hard and some that make me cry (I'm looking at you in particular, Cover Me.) This is an album where a lot of the lyrics are meaningful and powerful and sometimes really vulnerable.

This song was clearly a level up. This album is a level up! I was listening to Cover me and I would tentatively say that it is the most complex song harmonically they’ve ever given us.
My favourite song on the album! The speed up and beat drop were amazing, but what really captured my attention in this song was the pre-chorus, as well as the instrumentals during the rap+vocals throughout the 2nd verse, especially from I.N's part after Changbin's rap, and Han's rap. The chords were, as you said, beautiful yet dark and sinister? Obsessed with it all 😭
Edit: ALSO, I love how in the second verse, Han's rap portion has an echo effect on it! That must have inspired the scene of this in the MV with him (and Hyunjin) having clones basically in circles around the main guy, imitating the sonic feeling that the echo effect gives the listener.

this is my favorite album for sure! i enjoy all of their other ones, but this album feels the most cohesive. every song hits! every song is good in its own way, and i really think there’s a song for everyone on the album! you can feel all the hard work and love they poured into it. they really do outdo themselves every time! i loved watching your reaction to this song, you guys perfectly encapsulate how i think a lot of us felt hearing the whole song for the first time hahaha, i also really enjoy hearing you guys break down all the technicalities and smaller things we might miss! it’s always very fun and enlightening 💜

I think Versachoi is to be pronounced like Versace ;) I think they even said his name (possibly in Kingdom)

"...indeed, the Korean pronunciation of Versachoi in its most accurate form would be 'Verr- Sah - Chweh' which is actually very close to how Koreans specifically pronounce Versace brand so that's most likely the reason Versachoi chose the name that way - as a word play! So it really wouldn't be VERsa Cho-ee like we said it, but it still wouldn't exactly be like how Han-C said it - it's subtle but different, and since we speak perfect Korean, it just became this funny thing between us at the moment that nobody would really get XD"
