  • Minced Meat Potato Gratin (for 4 people)
    For minced meat sauce;
    150 gr minced meat
    1 onion
    1 clove of crushed garlic
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 grated tomato
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon red pepper powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    For Creamy Potatoes;
    750 gr potatoes
    200 ml cream
    100 ml milk
    Half a teaspoon of starch
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 clove of crushed garlic
    1 and a half teaspoons salt
    Grated cheddar cheese
    Let's fry 150 gr minced meat with 1 tablespoon of oil until it changes color. Add 1 medium-sized chopped onion and 1 clove of crushed garlic and fry on medium heat until the onion softens. Open the middle of the minced meat and add 1 tablespoon of butter and melt it. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the butter and fry in a little oil, then fry with the minced meat. Add 50 ml of hot water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 grated tomato, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder and 2 teaspoons of salt and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
    For creamy potatoes, peel 750 gr of potatoes and slice them thinly. For the cream of the potatoes, mix 100 ml of milk, 200 ml of cream, half a teaspoon of starch, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 and a half teaspoons of salt and 1 clove of crushed garlic. Put the potatoes and our cream in a suitable pot and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Put half of the potatoes in the small square baking dish. Then add our minced meat sauce and add some grated kashar cheese. Finally, add the remaining potato and put grated kashar cheese on top. Cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes, until golden brown. You can serve after resting for 15 minutes.
