I’ve been trying to buy a fold able motorised treadmill or an exercise bike on Argos for the past 3 months with no luck and I found this on amazon and it arrived in 2 days. I just hope I can assemble this alone I’m getting a headache just looking at the instructions
Thank you for the detailed review! I was on the bench between a few bikes and this one made me decide on going to get this model. This question isn't so much about the product, but I haven't seen this specific model in stock on the Amazon page in the description for more than a month now, is it still being made? Probably due to the current situation everybody is ordering them, thanks for the information.
Harrison S Thank your for your kind comment glad you found it helpful. I believe it is still being made but like you said I think everyone went crazy a month ago and bought anything they could to keep them going. I am sure it will be back in stock in the future. So funny but I am just about to go on mine! Thanks again please subscribe to my channel if you haven’t always adding new reviews ☺️
Hi Mike thats great news you managed to get one. I think you are setting yourself some good targets. I would start off doing a 5k and once your body gets used to the bike build up to 10k. Make sure you do a few stretches for your legs when you have finished hope you enjoy your bike cheers Mike
Hi, I don't own the bike anymore as I gave it to my parents who love it. I used it for about 2 years with no problems but after COVID I didn't use it very much as I was back at the gym again. Great bike for the price all depends what you are after.
Thanks for the video. Everything you say is true, except with mine the pulse function isn't working, it only ever displays a large P and not the pulse rate after 7 seconds as claimed in the instructions. As the instructions give optimal target heartrates for different stages of use this important function is missing. (I've kept both hands on the handlebar sensors).
Bill Cadnam hi Bill thanks for your comment. That’s interesting as I have never had that problem. Can I ask do you have cold hands? I have noticed with these type of sensors if you have poor blood circulation they sometimes don’t seem to work very well. If not it may be a faults sensor. Now that section is separate from the rest of the bike to may be worth reaching out to manufacturer as they could easily send you a replacement. Cheers Bill let me know how you get on

Hiya, I am disabled snd have Cerebral palsy. Really like this model (looking to get the one with straps attached). But I have really poor balance, how sturdy is it? Also I sometimes can't keep my feet on the peddles all the time (I find putting my feet into the strap holds difficult.) Do the pedals just stop if you are going fast and one foot slides off? I don't want a crushed foot! Hope you understand the question.
James Welling hi James the bike is very steady I I think you would have to put a lot of side ways force to push it over. The pedals stop straight away so you won’t have risk of crushing your foot unless you carry on pedalling with your other foot. The pedals are nice and wide with a good grip so if you wear rubber grippy shoes you won’t require the straps and will have no problems. Hope that helps you buddy 👍

Thanks for your review on this bike. I'm looking for one to help me out with home physio, as I need one like this to aid recovery after an operation. This looks like it will do the job for me. As said by Ironbuket, in their reply, your link is incorrect. It points to a totally different item, namely a cordless screwdriver.
Hello. Great video! Just wonder if this bike will challenge as much as one of the stationary or spin bikes at the gym? Are the resistance levels effective and is it possible to come out of the seat to cycle, for example, as if you were going up a hill? Tried a friend’s stationary bike (not this model) and it was a bit tame but ok for mobilising joints rather than working out.
Thanks for the comment glad you found it helpful. You will not find this as effective as a spin bike as the resistance is much less buy still challenging. I wouldn't recommend standing on this bike yes it would take your weight but you wouldn't get the fly wheel resistance that you need when standing and the momentum. Better off buying a bike with a fly wheel instead of that is the type of training you are after. Hope that helps you 😊
Hey Shane, I don't think it will go any easier might be worth checking if the bike is ok as level 1 (on mine anyway) has practically no resistance have you tried it and do you find level 1 to have much resistance?
Cheers Hans for your kind comment. I can't tell you if this would be a good size for you as I'm not sure how I can apply the information you have mentioned to the bike. I am 5 foot 4 inches and the bike is in the shortest chair height not sure if that helps you

Yes, the resistance is nothing compared to a commercial machine, but its great for long distance styles of rides. Even on the highest resistance it would be that equivalent to 4 out of 10 compared to a commercial bike if that makes sense. You would have to cycle for longer to get out of breath even on the hardest setting.
