Also if you are by any chance, wanting to lose weight, or some family member or friend tried, it's a really good way to not eat in the morning, go for a hour of running, and just doing it after, then again at around 2 o'clock for a hour, when I first started running that was my motive, I was 100kg, now im 69.6 kg.
And now I'm working my way to vecoming a kickboxer.
So that was a handy tip I can give ya, so if you or someone else need it, now you have the knowledge :D
Lol with calves like that, he could include all his bodyweight plus the weight of the surrounding floor in just a small leg twist during punches. That’s crazy. If you get into a possibility of a fight with someone who knows how to punch in real life, check their calves first to have an idea how much damage their punch can potentially do

ChapleKing 1986 i watched nearly all fights and not only one time. U have to understand that there are differences between boxers and each one of them got his own attributes. Both of them are class fighters and I would recommend you to watch a Thurman fight. Thurman just doing his job and promoting the fight very very good. He took the heel position and after the fight they gonna hug each other :)

Its not the same speed if you compare manny when he fought delahoya, hatton , and cotto... Manny Pacquiao is very fast when he was 33 to 34 years old ... At 40 his still fast but it is not the same anymore..
But i like the 40 years old Pacquiao to..because he use all his experience in the ring his more of a technical fighter mix with the slugger.. Manny is far more superior than duran.. 36 years old roberto durant is out of shape very slow but still powerful..im proud to say that Pacquiao already surpass duran and mohhamad ali in terms of boxing achievements in and out of the ring..

I saw some footage of last couple days and manny was way faster and explosive.. I think they should end the hard work and begin to let his body rest for the fight... maybe one more sparring day for timing and precision. He didn’t took a lot of days off to rest in this camp, I think maybe one morning and I understand Thurman is a hard challenge but in the broner camp he took several days off to rest and look good in the fight even though he had the flu
