The total weight of the tent is 55kg. Weight will vary depending on how you secure it on top of the vehicle. For example, the number of frames placed in the lower frame, or eliminating the frames placed in the upper part. I will describe the page where you can see the details of the shock damper used. I buy most of the parts from that site. The reason I used a strong damper is because I used a thick fabric. Have you thought about a double pop up to create a larger box shape using the same frame style stacked on top of the current frame but reversed?

Thank you, the space in the bed is 2000x1200 and is semi-double size. I will think about it if I want to widen the upper part in the future
