I'm looking to buy two 250cc from superior power sports good deal. Any pointers with owning these I'm gonna change sprockets and chains off the bat and front shocks. Are they reliable for trail rides I don't plan on going fast nor crawling or mudding
changing the sprocket was the best thing i did. the 1st chain stretched a lot. it seams to be a nice atv for the price. i also changed out the carb and cdi. Good luck if you get one and let me know how it goes.
ive seen new frames bend in 2-3 outings here in az. if your going to trail this often learn to weld and beef up the frame put a good chain from the get go and loctite everything as you go buy it unbuilt cheaper too, its hard but not impossible.
Answer for you yes you can but not enough power to pull anything buy a honda recon manual shift 2x4 or any model after that and it will last you a life time dont be lazy and buy any automatics they will let you down I'm serious
If anyone is looking at getting one of these and want something that you can trust in the woods, go with a quality brand. I Honda recon or Suzuki ozark is great! You can also pick up Yamaha bear trackers inexpensively too.

Great video. I got one a month ago and would like to put a good quality chain on it but I'm having a hard time getting an answer as to the actual size and number of links they use. Can you tell me? And can you also tell me how smooth yours shifts? From 2nd to 3rd gear mine really has to "click" in gear to make sure it's all the way in or will occasionally pop out of gear. Maybe an adjustment or maybe just because it's new. thoughts? THANKS!!
i ordered a 44 tooth sprocket from whygostock.com for around 130 bucks. Its like stock first gear is now second. I also put a quality chain (530 @150 tooth) and had to take off a few links and also bored the carb intake to fit the 30mm carb i put on there. Lots more power and torque.
arnold palmeri you can buy one of these and make it work but its really extensive. get to the motor bolts an slip some rubber anything inbetween those and loctite everything back up. also get a ss 10 tooth front sprocket stock is 12. loctite that as well maybe add some frame welds. maybe repaint the frame coz there paint is garbage.
It all depends on where you're going to ride. if it is wood trails mainly flat areas they do well. They are geared very high. I've been riding mine in the mountains of Virginia so some of the steep inclines I was not able to make it up. I deathly spend a lot of time adjusting the chain in the beginning but I got through that. Other than that yes very reliable.
Craig Surface yeah deafly put it through its paces. it's probably worse case scenario where I ride. I am changing up the front and rear sprocket now which I believe will make a huge difference.
xX YOLOSO Xx get a Job bud that is how i did it. I started off with used ones and fixed them. I sold them for more money and doubled what i had before. Now i have 3 atvs and a harley davidson edition truck.

Just what I wanted to see please keep posting videos about this! I have one as well

Kyle Rice why would you want to have to do all that stuff to make it Better? Just spend the money on a good quad.
Billy Willy because the price he paid four this brand new was thousands of dollars cheaper. That’s why 😂
Hey I have another question for you? Can u put a ball hitch on this 4 wheeler and how to put one on ?
Answer for you yes you can but not enough power to pull anything buy a honda recon manual shift 2x4 or any model after that and it will last you a life time dont be lazy and buy any automatics they will let you down I'm serious

So if anyone has 5k to throw at an overkill atv instead of 1-1.5k for a decent quad for recreational use
You can get a used one of those aforementioned atvs for at most $2500. They will last longer and be more enjoyable to own than a TaoTao.
What’s the top speed
Ryan Tamim I would say about 30
Top speed 47 stock on a flat road

Do you like this ATV? I thought about getting my son the 110 and the 250 for myself and wife to ride. Is it reliable enough?

Woods Outdoors im in west virginia haha. Hills everywhere. It wont be intense hillclimbing or mudding though. Did enough of that 15-16 years ago.

Craig Surface Handles greens on Hatfield McCoy system no problem.
Wow. I am going to show it to my parrents. Maybye they will buy it to me some day... 😜
