You can put Velcro on the plastic bins, it'll make it harder for baby to open.

i had to move everything to higher shelving (cheap shelves & cabinets) breakables etc on top and less scarey stuff on the bottom the stuff boring to kids lol mailer boxes empty candle supply boxes! It gets worse the older they get & bigger they grow...unfortunately! lol good luck

You can put the baby gate in front of the shelves. It will act a screen and she won't be able to reach.

Hi. Did you ever thought to install the existing retractable child protective device you already have to install it infrond of your shelves? This way she cant reach anything on your shelves. Just an idea
