I remember watching this when I was maybe 7 or 8 years old and telling my grandmother I was going to marry Alice Cooper. She said “The hell you are.” She was right. I did not marry Alice but I still love him all these years later. This Muppets episode was the first time I ever saw him or heard his music.
Same here! My grandma had vhs tape of the muppets show and when I was around 8 I came across this episode and to this day its my favorite! Schools Out was the 1st Alice Copper LP I bought haha.
I can only imagine what the hecklers in the balcony were thinking… STATLER: well, Mr. Cooper, now that the school has been blown to pieces I gather y’all want us to vote for a bond measure to pay for a new school… WALDORF: Yup, there goes my Disney cruise!
I saw this when I was 10 yrs old then spent the next 35 years
thinking I imagined the whole thing. Thank God for RUclips!
it's amazing the things you find thinking that it was all in your head.
We don't care
Dude is 55 now
Really?
I know huh!!! RUclips is the BEST. And so's Alice 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Alice still looks the same. The secret to never getting old, is never being young.
This is great. I used to work for Jim Henson managing the Sesame Street Live tours in 1978-1979.
I was so scared of this episode when I was little, I would watch it behind the couch. I love Alice Cooper now!
The Cooper family reunions are always a hoot...
Thank you Mr. Peterson. You were and always will be the best...
Who’s Peterson?
I naturally assumed this was going to be 'ghouls out for summer'. It's right there.
THAT BASS THO. LOUD AS SHOULD BE
Some session bassist was having the time of his life
I love the old muppets
I think Alice wearing that leotard is the scariest thing about this episode. Well, aside from the bill for special effects.
Best Muppets episode everrrr
Damn right!

mr. peterson, thank you for scaring me because i thought i submitted my test wrong
I still think it would have been awesome if The Electric Mayhem would have backed up Alice Cooper on this song, what does everybody else think?
Agreed
That would be awesome!
Those Muppets freaked me out as a child. Now, I love them! 🤣
Sparkler: I wonder if all those full-body muppet suits are flammable.
I can only imagine what the hecklers in the balcony were thinking…
