"It's like broccoli" might be the most accurate quote on how I feel about this car. Didn't really like it at first, and now I'm considering buying one for my daily 😂
Guys - - love your reviews. They're exceptionally informative. One suggestion: for your sound test, a test at 55mph isn't very helpful. Do the test at interstate speeds on an interstate highway (e.g. 70 or 75 mph). Thanks!
I used to own a 2022 Civic Sport Touring Hatch and it was a very nice car however I have no doubt this is even nicer. Sadly the factory tried to fix a paint defect and polished right through the clear coat.
I would love to see a comparison between the Civic Sport Touring and Acura Integra all I see is reviewers comparing Integra to Civic Si and balking at the price difference. I'm thinking Acura intended for the Integra to be the logical progression from the Sport Touring.
Nice, fun reviews. It’s good to see a sound opinion and trunk inches measurement. It would be nice to see how many carryon you can fit in the trunk as well as a 0-60 acceleration time in your reviews.
I had the 22" civic sport touring hatchback with the Bose sound system, and did test drive the new integra with the ELS sound system, i am really like the ELS sound way better than the Bose system in the civic
Awesome car and just returned home from trip to Quebec from Ontario and back over 700kms trip and wife and i love ❤️ our 2023 Elite a spec Canada 🇨🇦 version MT black Integra and wife drove our RDX and we both had fun with our family trip. Fun comes in all flavourful sizes and power and both different but extremely fun, except at the pump 😢. I find it funny when some reviewers praise Civic SI but holds back for Integra 😅same chassis and power train, etc but different enough for different target market. Premium brand of Honda isn't luxury brand, however it can hold its own in many ways and will outlast many, and outperform them in many areas....award-winning engines and transmission and safety ratings is a start.
Just test drove the Type S. I must say power is excellent at 320hp but the shifting was very difficult and not silky smooth like my 3 Civic SIs were. (need break-in period?) I was also disappointed with the Vegas dealers adding 20k in extras making it over 70k but they still sold them!
Does this Integra require premium fuel? Can't help but wonder, if my Accord SE would make 200hp on premium fuel. Since these 2 cars have the same engine.🤔
I have an A Spec with CVT transmission. Wonderful vehicle to drive and currently averaging 38 MPG in mixed driving. However, in my opinion the suspension is too firm even in the softest comfort mode and the interior road noise is way too high for a car this expensive. My two cents.
Anyone know if the wireless charging worth a damn as a car feature? Because experience tells me the second i brake turn or Accelerate. My phone will no longer be charging.
I have the Type S with the same wireless charger and it is rock solid. Phone doesn't move at all. Don't let this hold you back! (I recognize this is an older post)
Do you think there is no oil dilution problem like pervious turbo models? I will buy a Civic, my heart says 1.5T and my mind says 2.0 naturally aspirated
Nice car, but I have a few things that I wish Acura would've done to differentiate it more from the Civic. The interior isn't all that and in fact I think the Civic Touring may look a bit more interesting and price appropriate than what is going on here. I'm fine with the engine(it is a good one), I wish Acura would've put the 8spd DCT or 10sp AT instead of the CVT. It just doesn't impart a luxury driving experience. And as for awaiting the Type-S: The cruel reality is that car will be double the MSRP of this car in the real world. We have CTRs in my area going for $60K+.
@@Enc7of9 I agree on the seats and some design features, but the dash looks cheap with the faux carbon-fiber that isn't fooling anyone. But the ELS sound system nearly makes up for it!
@@aaronpaster WOW! Yeah, the new Accord just isn't it. $10K markup with no 2.0T available is insane! On top of the new Camry being announced at any moment now, with a possible GR trim.

I know that now correct me if I’m wrong, but even the touring model on the civic has that carbon fiber on the cup holder area, which I think is worse. Overall, I think the car is great for what it is. I feel as though people have such high expectations as if the Integra has ever been more than what it is now. You’re absolutely right about the ELS sound system it is amazing and in my opinion better than Bose.
Great job guys, i a new to your channel, and checking out your other reviews as well, please advise your opinion between 2024 honda accord hybrid touring vs 2024 acura integra A-Spec tech package is concerned. Comfort Ride Quality, handling and music is important to me in my next ride, thanks
Thanks, glad you're enjoying the channel! Ride quality goes to the Accord, handling to the Integra and the ELS sound system on the Integra is great too. Obviously, fuel economy is going to be in the Accords favor as well.
@@CarConfections is the ride quality on Integra sportier than Accord, does that translate to feeling more bumps in Integra, also is the ELS really different over Bose is Accord Hybrid, Does the Acura feel too tight over Accord, Would appreciate your opinion, thanks
I had same question, ended up going integra mostly for the sound system and hatch. Driven both . Accord has a longer wheelbase and absorbs bumps better since it’s larger. Not a huge difference though since accord has 19” wheels. Integra much more manuverable and easy to park. If you regularly have people in the back seats Accord is great. Integra is the size of a midsize car from 10-15 years ago so big enough for me.
Hello, I'm looking at maybe buying a new Integra A-spec CVT. However, a certified 2018-20 Lexus IS300 F-Sport AWD is about the same price, what's your opinion on the comparison of these two since you've reviewed both? Thanks.
We like the Integra better because it's got just as much space and is more fun to drive. Not a big fan of the CVT but the 6-speed auto in the Lexus is also very slow
I'm actually going through the same debate right now. Do I pay the extra for the TLX or save some money and enjoy the much better gas mileage of the Integra? I have a C8 for a weekend car, so performance isn't really part of the equation for my daily.
@@anthonykiedis1765 Maybe an integra since you get that lift gate for store runs. Seems pretty practical even if you lose some overall size from the TLX. I imagine the TLX would feel more substantial on the road with available ShAwd, so that’s also another preference to consider.
Do you like the 10 speed? Is it jerky? I got an Integra over a tlx mostly because of the hatch and better fuel economy. Also easier to park in tight spots. Doesn’t feel luxurious though and could use more sound deadening.
@@realmac3k no issues with the 10 speed smooth shifts. Great price? I think not. In Canada the base trim is not available. The aspec middle trim starts at 42,000. With everything included your looking at 48,000 and a hefty 700 a month lease payment over 5 years. If you want a manual, you must buy the top spec, which puts you at 50,000. As someone who has owned Acura's for 10 years and a current ilx owner, i was very disappointed in the massive increase in price. The engine is fine, but does not compare to my 2.4 k24 matched with the 8 speed dct. Having driven the new integra with the cvt, it is fine, but not in the same league as the dct. Honda and Acura's pricing is quite perplexing. Love their products, just not the inflated price. Standard features on the ilx that are missing on the middle aspec trim, memory seats and satellite radio? I do recognize Honda is a fantastic brand, but hope interest rates and overall prices go down. I do enjoy many aspects of the integra.
Can't stand the shiny black plastic on the console area. Shows fingerprints and scratches. Really loud turn signal indicator. Seems to be a shaky ride.
