Many people may have lost hope for this dlc, but I think there's still some left. Only a few months ago, a new map was released called "Mountain Lair". Basically a remake of the mountains. And a thing nobody talks about is the updated Crawlers face, which is a lot different then the others and looks better, so we could be getting a remake or continuation of the dlc but that's just my opinion.

A lot of people are confused of why this is raking so long,that if its cancelled or not,so i will tell the true Santikun in some point of a monts ago tell to us that he was getting tired from all relationated to slendytubbies and decided to cancel te dlc and slendytubbies 3(but not zeoworks),later of that he maded a stream and answer some questions about the dlc,showing that the last and only thing that he do was the little "flasback" where dipsy lost his hat when he enters in the guardian's base,in ither things the ending of almost everithing was that a nuclear bomb destroyed all the world because noo noo everytime he was killed he come back in another robit with all his memories Sad but is the true :(
So basically... The full DLC would show a brief flashback of how the Guardian stole Dipsy's hat and proceed to do a complete 180 by having Noo Noo pull a kamikaze by nuking the entire world.
I almost feel the same way. I think them taking it to a more action survival horror was brave but honestly I think they got the formula right..from the little bit of the dlc we've seen you can still notice the huge amounts of horror elements still there. It's just from a different approach now, but it's still pretty slendytubbies to me
I like this habit of explaining in detail these things like the ptsd moments, It's so mundane and refreshing, contrary to the movie trope of avoiding details.

I think sean runs out of ideas for the full part of the apocalypse dlc thats why in the wikipedia that he cancelled the full version probably till he gets ideas for the rest of the game
I can see how the Good Ending is canon, cuz it seems to be like the Apocalypse DLC takes place after it, but what makes you think the Cave and waking up Laa Laa and Dipsy is canon? I don't mind now, those are the choices that'll later down the line make the game scarier, but what evidence points towards them being canon?
@@sunsetlover123-y7c if you replay the levels using the chapters thing or something (I don't remember the exact name), Lala is always a monster when you need to find the custards and the game always makes you replay the Cave level instead of the mountains.
*for those wondering* the game stopped development on the DLC as Santikun wasn’t bothered continuing the DLC he continued his passion towards music but Sean continued he’s passion to his Animal game which leaded the cancellation of the DLC…
