Probably one of the worst managers we have ever had at Motherwell. He rarely changes a team about even if the team is on a bad run and at Motherwell didn’t seem to take any of the blame when we played terrible.

His first 3 jobs he made the promotion playoffs on each occasion (L2, L1, NL) Also guided Motherwell into conference league qualifiers For what our goals are this season, on paper he's a good fit
