The North Little Rock Toys R Us opened on October 1, 1988, making it older than Fort Smith. It is also the first location in Arkansas.

- East Brunswick closed in 2008
- Arlington was not the first Texas store. It was Houston North Freeway, which opened in 1973 and closed in 1996.
- Clackamas and Jantzen Beach were both the first in Oregon. They both opened on the same day in 1980.

I bought a few things from the Bailey’s Crossroads location in Virginia right as they were liquidating their inventory. I had no idea that was the first Toys R Us location in Virginia!

Errata (since it's clear as day you used my amazing list):
-Illinois is unknown (read Michigan).
-Michigan's first store is unknown, due to the first few being former Children's Bargain Town USA stores. There was four CBTs in Michigan at the time of the conversion.
-Commack, and Levittown were also a Children's Bargain Town USA reportedly.
-The first Texas location was one of the Houston North Freeway.
-Bridgeport's year is not found yet, therefore Barboursville is unknown on being the first.
-NLR is AR's first.
-Bloomington is the first location in MN.
-Colorado is Boulder.

Highland Park's Toys "R" Us is NOT the first in Illinois. It was a test location consisting of Toys "R" Us and Children's Bargain Town USA, so the real 1st Toys "R" Us in Illinois is unknown.
Michigan's first Toys "R" Us is unknown.
New York's could be either Commack or Levittown.
Texas's first Toys "R" Us was actually Houston, Texas on North Freeway which opened on November 30th, 1973 and closed in March 1996.
Massachusetts's first Toys "R" Us was Auburn AND Woburn, which both opened on October 14th, 1978 and closed in June 2018.
Oregon's first Toys "R" Us were Clackamas AND Portland (Starlight/Jantzen Beach), which both opened on October 4th, 1980 and both closed in June 2018 (keep in mind Portland got rebuilt in 2008).
Washington's first Toys "R" Us were Lynnwood and the old Tukwila.
Pennsylvania's first Toys "R" Us were King of Prussia (opened 1981, not 1980) and North Wales which both opened on October 3rd, 1981 and closed in June 2018.
Nevada's first Toys "R" Us in Las Vegas (Meadow)'s date was confirmed to be September 24th, 1983.
West Virginia's first Toys "R" Us is unknown, as we have to find Bridgeport's actual opening date, so Barboursville may or may not be the first.
Arkansas' first Toys "R" Us was actually confirmed to be North Little Rock, which opened on October 1st, 1988 and closed in June 2018.
Minnesota's first Toys "R" Us is actually revealed to be both Blaine and Bloomington which both opened on November 12th, 1989, and both closed in June 2018.
Colorado's first Toys "R" Us was actually confirmed to be Boulder, which opened on June 11th, 1990 and closed sometime around 2001.
