I love my stinger yellow Dodge Challenger RT. Just like you I love to go out on country roads and tear it up. As a lifelong GM guy, I'm glad I decided to park my SS Camaro for my new Challenger. I have had my new car for two weeks and she's already pushing 440hp@425 ft. lb. of torque while still getting great gas mileage.

What do you consider "Great gas mileage"?? I have a 2012 RT PLUS Challenger 6 Speed manual. about 16mpg CITY and about 26/27 HIGHWAY. It's not bad but I wouldn't call it great.

Just some info for u.......the 2012 models have the most problems of ANY year Challenger. I own one becasue I found one last year that looks BRAND NEW with only 41,000 miles so I rolled the dice.
So far I have 48,000 on her and no problems.
I would look for a 2014, last year for the 2009-2014 style.

I owned a 2013 Challenger R/T and it's exhaust did not sound like the car in the video. Also, quite frankly I didn't find my car to be all that fast. I traded it on a 2016 Scat Pack and what a difference in performance. The Scat Oack is the way to go if you want the V/8.

When this car first came out people whined because it was too basic and simple, but in this day and age where every car comes with 7 30inch tablets with cameras and microphones that are constantly connected to the internet, the interior of this car has aged like fine wine. It’s already a classic in my books.

The rear taillights of the 2009-2014 Challengers r almost identicle to my 69 Mercury COUGAR I had years ago.......one of my fav cars.
I have a 2012 RT PLUS now Red, with the Trans Am raised hood scoop and raised rear spoiler. Only 48,000 miles on her and endangered species 6 speed manual 😁😁
