I have moved to UK. I changed my payment method to UK the region has changed to UK but it still does not show apps and games available in UK. I even deleted my India payment method. create second payment profile follow 5:35 then go to the first payment profile and scroll all the way down and delete it, second payment profile will be your primary one.

Tip: Your profile can take up to 48 hours to update.
