As someone who struggled even talking to waitress a few years ago, the right type of friends and a good martial arts class will help you boost your confidence. I even had people tell me if I was going to fight with them just because I “play around,” with people too much.(not because I physically touched them but the way I’m sometimes loud and like to make jokes)
