Yes, reducing carbohydrates and increasing protein intake does keep my belly satiated. However, the mind needs shifting and refocus. Over eating is an addiction for many people. The food and even the act of eating often help people procrastinate or avoid focusing on the issues of life.

Just cut out the carbohydrates (that make you store fat and tell your brain it's hungry) and eat protein (that tells the brain it's full)
