Everything about Rarity's deadliness summed up - she's basically the weaker magical horse version of Batman if he was a fashionista with a little sister.....
And will protect Sweetibell at all costs. Because even if she's evil, she probably has some basic standards.
Also, to answer that question on why ponies are weak against rocks, well this goes into a bit head-canon logic, gems contain magic in that reality and without rocks, gems can't be created most of the time, so rocks must have their own form of magic that is extremely dangerous to ponies by: destroying unicorn and/or peagueas magic (which would make them unable to do stuff like fly and/or escape), boosting/manipulating how ponies think and their magic being used (like with Trixie and the Alicorn Amulet), and/or must have a way to cancel out most non-Earth Pony magic specifically (because Maud has boulder as a pet and wins fights by crushing rocks).
This is the only way that ponies being weak to rocks normally really makes sense, and it may explain why rock-farming may exist in the first place. Basically, rock-farming exists to make rocks smaller and protect pony-kind from rocks in this head-canon theory.

I actually believe the opposite. Yes Pinkie uses chaos magic, but what is stopping her is the minuscule amount that she has. The magic mostly only manipulates her own body or maybe whatever she’s holding. However, in the brief moment when she possessed Discord’s immense magic, she immediately made it rain chocolate and changed the color of the sky. You can’t convince me that she didn’t have full control of that magic, otherwise Pinkie would’ve only been able to summon Discord’s signature biting pineapples, (like with Cozy Glow) instead of throwing a giant cupcake at her foes. When given power, she didn’t hesitate to use it in a similar fashion to how pre-friend Discord did.
Discord himself is actually the one held back by his morals. Morals that he learns from Fluttershy and his sincere desire for friendship.
@rose_of_wolves2464 I see what you mean but Tirek said it himself 'only Discord can control chaos magic'. That is really vague. Sure Discord is the Lord of chaos, literally a being as old as the concept itself but I think Pinkie can have the potential to use said chaos magic. Tirek needed all the magic in equestria to even think about betraying Discord. And cozy was still young when she did that so she may lack experience and magic control, but the alicorn magic maybe balanced it out. Pinkie did not need a horn to use said chaos magic. She simply began making chaos. Who knows what is going on inside her mind. In one comic she even became the princess of chaos so pinkie can be as chaotic as discord. Now back to morals, before Discord was reformed he did not care who he hurt. Pinkie does fun chaos (like Discord did seasons later). She only wants to make ponies around her happy. her things are annyoing at best meanwhile Discord could unleash a chaosmagedon the world would never recover from

We all know about Pinkamena but Pinkie Pie's evil side is actually pretty ruthless. In one of the comics Pinkie Pie and the others got brainwashed, making them turn evil. When the rest of the Mane 6 turned evil they just mostly fought amongst themselves or were jerks, but Pinkie was actively trying to kill people lol. Like for a solid few hours in-universe Pinkie Pie was an actual terrorist.
She put *real bombs* in presents and gave them to Ponies fully willing for them to get blown up, also air dropping them over Ponyville. Then she blew up a building with her Party cannon (which she loaded with actual cannon balls). Then there was a panel showing her dodging all of Nightmare Moon's attacks, saying she could do it because it's funny. Like, I know it's kind of a meme to say Pinkie Pie has the potential to be insanely dangerous, but it's really true.
Pinkie from Equestria girls could become a terrorist because her power is making EXPLOSIVE SPRINKLES. That will be dangerous if she went to the dark side

There are several references to the Lyra sitting meme (e.g. in FIM #9). There's a Celestia Banana reference in FF #9. There's a "Never Gonna Give You Up" reference in FIM #11 (Rick-foaled?). There's a Fluttershy Carrie reference in FF #18 (I know that's not explicitly a Shed MOV reference, but if I had a nickel every time I've seen Fluttershy get doused by bullies on a stage... 2 nickels).

I never even realized Rainbow Dash was that powerful when it came to the weather, I thought weather in Equestria was most powerful when pegasi are working together which probably still true but Rainbow Dash can do some pretty crazy things on her own. I also like how Rarity doesn't even need magic to be considered dangerous as a villain, her status and influence are that strong.

I already saw another comment about this, but basically, rarity can teleport any form of clothing onto her enemies. So, she can technically immobilize her enemies with straight jackets or just any form of fabric. We can also assume that she can teleport or, in a way, "spawn" needles and pins as well. So, not only can she trap her enemies in tight cloth, but she may also be able to puncture them to death like a fleshy pin cushion.
What makes this even worse, LUNA ALSO TALKS TO ANIMALS. And since Luna gave Twilight her powers, that means not only is Twilight a damn GOD. she also has fluttershy's powers as well. That's even more scary. Not to mention Luna's dream walking capabilities she could give some pony NIGHTMARES AND TERRORS WHENEVER SHE WANTS.
You still forgot one VERY IMPORTANT thing about Fluttershy that you forgot. Despite her gentle and shy nature, she's VERY easily angered.

Thats not true, she’s patient, slightly moreso than others dependent on situations, but for things were her loved ones are being hurt (like the cockatrice) she can be very stern and quick to action

I’ve been watching the whole shown I’m only at season 3 right now but she has been shown getting angry and acting on it immediately not with a full strength or destructive intent but she acts on her anger and frustration very quickly and easily like with the episode of the dragon migration she stomps on rainbow and flees out of fear and frustration out of all the main six she actually funnily enough has the fastest temper only matched by pinkie when you break a pinkie promise

She’s able to outspeed rainbow dash, and was able to stop the rest of the main 6 pushing her forward by just sitting. Shes physically stronger than applejack and rainbow dash combined.

@ManjaFronz besides Rainbow dash and Rockhoof, we haven't seen a pony with similar feats of strength, and i gues it would be more accurate to say, she did it with relative ease, considering the boulder came out of nowhere.

idk, i think your right about it being an aspect of hers but even though angel was in a pony body he was still a bunny at core
I feel like in Angel's case, it's more so him doing it before the effect of the Stare could do anything. At least with the other times it works, the command is done soon afterwards, but after however long they've been together, Angel might just do things without really thinking about them, under the idea he's being pushed to do it(it's mostly just personal thoughts, but it kind of fits to Angel being the only pet and how much that means when taking care of many kinds of animals)
I'm pretty sure there is an officail mlp comic where the mane six are turned evil by a magic hotspring, but their element wasn't changed, just twisted in how they showed it, for example, fluttershy is kind and wants to protect the animals of the ever free forest by sending them to war with the ponies of ponyville, pinky pie wants all the ponies to be happy and laugh but forces them to watch her clown performances even after they grew tired of it, wanting to leave, trapping the audience in the arena, twilight wanted to learn more magic and do good in her position as Princess but deems the best solution is to steal everyone else's knowledge and think for them, ect.
If you think about it Rarity can teleport force vests like those used in asylums on you letting you helpless. And probably other kind of restrains what are more or less clothing in a way or accesory of some sort.

I think pinkie's powers are a coinflip. It is true that chaos magic doesnt follow ordinary rules, but it doesnt mean that there are no rules at all, they are just a little more chaotic and probobly differ by user. For example, if i remeber correct, there was a episode with discord losing his magic just because he didnt use it for chaos which even threatend his existence. So pinkie could be, the most powerfull beeing but at the same time the weakest one depending on the rules that apply to her form of chaos magic. I would say she is more of a honorable mention that cant realy be measured.
And the deadlyiest ability.. Plot armor.
Rarity also can control the weather (Magical Mystery Cure. Even tho she had Rainbow’s cutie mark, her magic still allowed her to do this) and create diamond shields that held her up against an Ancient Powered Queen Chrysalis for a solid 3 seconds
