We have really enjoyed the Grand Palladium resorts, and they have locations all over! We've been to their resorts in Cancun, Puerta Vallarta, Riviera Maya (all Mexico), Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

Found this video. Decided to watch it while I was on my elliptical. To be perfectly honest, I wanted to turn you off because of your constant negativity that you portrayed. Nobody goes to an all inclusive resort for the food, spa, alcoholic beverages or the gambling in a Caribbean country. I would say most people go for the beach and the activities that they can't get outside the Caribbean. I respect your opinions in your video but too bash the people that are working there and that are cooking the food is pretty harsh. Most of the other reviews of this resort have been fairly positive. I'm just sorry you had such a bad experience, maybe your expectation level was a bit too high for a four star

We're sorry you feel this way. We were just trying to provide the video we wish we would have seen before we booked. We've been to other resorts before and gave good reviews, so we're not typically negative.

No, unfortunately. It's walled off, and they have people watching to make sure no one swims around the barrier.

@@leavetodaytravel level meaning luxury(basic) to privilege…comes with a butler or exclusive areas and premium drinks etc…personalized check-in… I don’t know what they call it at this resort brand. Or do they even have levels of accommodation?
