    When you take training so seriously you summon an actual train.

    500 is a solid lift, especially at his weight and presumably w/out peds. hopefully he brought a spare shirt and will be able to get the rest of his workout in.

      Yeah when he says he knows women doing that, I had to laugh. Yeah, women pounding major gear or doing 2in sumos. 500 for a natural athlete is a huge number.
      I mean the guy was a dbag but even Evan acts obnoxious prior to every lift lol

    500 deadlift in a typical gym is still pretty rare. In strongman /powerlifting gyms where pharmaceuticals are being handed around like water, it's common. That kid is a deuche, but he did it, at least he used real plates it looks like, that's also rare on social media

    • @h0m1ess

      Ngl, 500 deadlift is pretty easy to get if you’ve been training for over a year. I was a 15year old at 160lbs and hit 385, with only a year training. People i know hit 500 with only a couple years. i guess it just depends on the commercial gym you go to though

    • @Micheldied
      @Micheldied 9 месяцев назад +2

      @@h0m1essno it isn't. I've lived in many different places in different countries, and so have been to many different commercial gyms. I've only seen maybe 5 people ever in 15 years in normal commercial gyms who can deadlift over 500.
      I think Americans (and a few other nationalities) tend to forget that a lot of you guys get into the gym because you start out in football or other athletics in schools that you take pretty seriously. In countries where no one cares about sports, and the average male is like 60 to 80kg, you barely even see 3 plate deadlifts even in decently trained people.

      @Flyxolydian91 9 месяцев назад +2

      @@h0m1ess It's really not that easy haha. Outside of the more hardcore powerlifting/bodybuilding gyms, I've probably seen maybe 20 people who've hit even a 4 plate deadlift.

    • @bdegrds
      @bdegrds 9 месяцев назад

      @@h0m1essno, a person is not hitting 500 deadlift with 1 year of training. I've been lifting for 27 years, did personal training for almost 15 years, I'm aware of what people are lifting in the real world. Perspective gets skewed because most people you see on social media use fake plates, but youg generation raised in virtual reality doesn't understand its rarely real and only there for clicks

      @@h0m1ess deadlifting even a 100 lbs over your body weight is not common it's a lot of people on earth out 7 billion a high percentage can't do that

      @JBS7551 8 месяцев назад +2

      Exactly, 500 is a major lift. Sorry we don't all weigh 400lbs and blast enough gear that nearly brings us to our death bed
