psa: i record all of my videos on my iphone 11! the common app i use for my videos is called capcut. imovie is also good, i just don't use it anymore.
some of my videos have low quality because of my phone camera, so if you want a higher picture quality make sure you go to the left corner of the video and click the settings icon OR the three dots right next the the captions, click on "quality" go down to advanced and click on 1080p. i hope this helped :)
