Bueatiful videography and such a big bird as a prize! Congrats on your success.
Many thanks!
I hunt pretty much in my homewoods here in Sweden. This is my favorite form of hunting. Challenge, great meat, exercise and intense natural experiences. Not just kills. Seing the eagle chasing grouse close by and stuff like that. In my mind humans are, and have always been hunters.
Totally agree!
You must feel so brave.
Not that anyone is afraid, but 'bravery' is not really the feeling associated with hunting... At the end of the day, you have to kill to eat. Some people choose lamb, others choose to kill vegetables and plants, we choose the most organic out there!
@Fredde Andersson you must feel so woke.
@@Huntourage best answer 🤘
@@HuntourageAbsolutely. No lectures from people who think nature is the bits of grass that push up between the cracks in the pavement.
Great hunting🤗
Thanks a lot for your kind words!
Very beautiful trip🤩, Sorry for question but what skis you are use in this episodes?, or recommand me a skis for hunting like this one!. Thanks 👍
Many thanks… These are special Nordic cross country skis.
On the second shot I wonder.. are you guys not worried about a backstop? I understand its not densely populated but its that really safe?
In the places where one's doing this, backstop isn't a consideration: there simply aren't any people for miles and miles around.
Excellent aiming and excellent shot which hunting rifle is this amazing shots keep it up Love ❤️ from India
Many thanks… It was a Swedish rifle chambered in 6.5 x 55

Nice film and good shooting!! Where in Sweden were you guys? I can't wait for the snow to start falling!!
I usually combine birdhunting with sleeping in the woods like under a tree or a tarp, so that you're allready out when the day breaks!!
Wellcome back guys!!
Hello Tomas! Thanks a lot for your kind words... We were hunting in Northern Sweden. It looks like you've got some amazing plans this season... Good luck hunting!
think they are in västerbotten, åsele-dorotea and the area (large area) around it...
Great video! What were the shooting distances?
Thanks for your comment... Distances vary between 90 meters and the farthest being 300. But these birds have much smaller vital organs than other big game animals, which makes hunting them a real challenge!
what calibre did you use?
We had to go local and authentic on this one, we used the 6.5x55 Swedish
روعه

Thanks you Mr. Salman!

How many capercaillies did you shoot on a year?
It varies a lot from year to year, depending on weather and the breeding season... But usually one to two Capercaillies in a week's hunt
