I took a school bus for one year; it was terrible. Kids were yelling, starting arguments, and just running amuck. This was in the Sixth Grade. I was glad the day I became a commuter and started taking the train.

This is quite accurate. I cannot tell you how ecstatic I was when I got my driver's license to where I can ditch the bus and drive myself to school.

@@Dylanbar1 Exactly bro when I was a 8th grader I remember having to deal with some load ass people in the back, and they be hella immature. Pencils and markers were thrown on my bus than. But thank god I’m not in middle anymore 😅😂. Finally I get to have extra sleep when I hop on the bus now. I use a blanket and just lean toward the window. And I usually wake up when we are at the light when we are close to the school.

I have a afternoon bus and the kids on there are crazy and cruel to the bus driver.
If my bus driver makes any wrong turns or drives a little bumpy , the kids would always insult him or make fun of him. I feel pretty bad that my bus driver has to go through all of this.
A year or two ago, I saw some junior kids holding half a table leg on the bus, the next day a kid in my class complained that that their table was wobbly, they looked and half the table leg was gone

@@thetrollman2390 I had a kid that yells a lot and I’m surprised his vocal cords didn’t explode because that was a whole 10 months of just hour-long daily afternoon yelling, half the time I thought “we’re gonna crash” so I sometimes wonder if one of those days was my last. I also tend to sing in foreign languages (mainly Japanese because it’s the language I’m learning rn) and despite this kid yelling so much to where I’m thinking he’s deaf and can’t hear that well, he’s rocking the hearing level of my mom at 3am and yells at me to shut up even though I’m basically quiet, the bus driver can’t hear me even in times where this kid isn’t yelling or isn’t on the bus, everyone on the bus is chill and doesn’t mind me singing so long as I’m relatively quiet except for this kid

I remember my sister telling me the back of the bus was the best. So one day i decided to go ALL THE WAY in the back it was so fucking musty it looked like no one had been in the back for years. I was half way to school and it started to smell like shit so I looked down and THERE WAS SHIT SMEARED ON THE FUCKING CHAIR 💀🙏.

Now my bus rides didn't have crazy loud music kids in the back, but we for certain had a ton of crazy statements.
Currently watching this while ON the bus back home. Let me tell you, elementary and middle school buses have *nothing* on high school buses, specifically my high school bus. It turns into the thunder dome every time that damn bus arrives because it is almost always packed, and people don’t want to be the 3rd one to a seat hanging off the side. Straight up every man for himself.

I think the only thing i like about school buses (This gonna be weird but hear me out) is how the old 2000s ones smell like diesel all the time lol. Its nostalgic to me! Reminds me of going on field trips in 2010 early in the morning....love it!
One time I had to go on a different bus because our usual one had to get its windows fixed, and it broke down in a roundabout. There were no windows, no seat belts, no air cons or fans. It smelled funky fresh since people on our bus only shower every 2 weeks.

Lucky, our bus drivers would never allow it even if our bus was over packed. I had to sit next to 2 other people with my butt just barely hanging on. It felt like I was sitting on an invisible chair.
Very accurate video. I forgot when, I think around 4th or 5th grade I couldn’t take the school bus crap anymore. I asked my mom to just let me walk to school. Sure it was a 0.7 mile walk, but at least I could sleep in until 8am or 9am. The irony is the school bus would make me late or just barely on time for class, meanwhile walking to school always got me to homeroom early. Walking to school was one of the best decisions I made as a kid.👍

I still tried to get sleep on the bus even though it was pointless. Also as one of the NPC’s who was at the front of the bus you were completely right. But yeah I know our bus driver was regretting all his life choices. I don’t ride the bus anymore and that’s probably for the best because the new driver we got at the end of my final year was the type of person to FaceTime someone as they were driving out of the parking lot.

Yeah in Australia it’s not as bad but once I was riding the 380 bus with my classmates listening to a dude wearing nothing but a medical gown bragging about he “escaped that godforsaken place!” He did later tell us that he “had his weapon with him” as he was holding a briefcase. This was about a year ago but is burned into my mind by the sheer absurdity of this 80 year old man breaking out of maroondah hospital

Literally saw my old friend get smashed like a floor cheezit by this cracked up girl, we were in the front to get away from the kids in the back, and after I opended the window to chill em (It was like 30 deg out) They got mad and they started yelling at us, my guy started hollering back at them and pissed them off, so we were almost at the school and they were yelling threats at eachother about how they were going to fight, so he wraps his belt around his fist, (he kinda messed up we aint friends no more) but she comes barreling down the isle, punches him on the back of the head a few times, before he spins around and wacks her in the face with the belt fist, then all the other girls come flocking in like seagulls, they dragging her back cause they know she gonna get messed up, and they start screaming at him for hitting her, it took five minuits to get them to calm down, we had to get a bus monitor after that, apparently hes a Haitian civil war veteran and hes gonna see his family again in June, wishin him gl.

Your right about the afternoon being the worst, because one time last year when i was riding the bus home, like idk what was up with the kids that day maybe they were just extra tired or ready to get home, but they just started making animal noises like, "meow" "woof" and "moo" and i had to deal with that for the entire ride. And it doesn't help that I live far away so there was just like 45 minutes of constant animal noises. I was literally dying, like the day was already rough I just wanted to get home.

I used to ride on a bus from elementary to high school. The beginning of my school days I used to ride on a handicapped bus from kindergarten to second grade, before entering fourth grade (we have moved in a house starting our lives there) my parents told me that "riding on a regular bus with my brother" I was a little nervous I was safe on handicapped bus but regular bus with bunch of anxious fellow students. I ride on the regular bus from fourth grade to junior year of high school some didn't want to share seats.
OML the school bus 💀 in my middle school bus, people are throwing things, some people are smoking, everyone is yelling, terrible country music and they have no air conditioning in 100 degree heat 💪🤩
I'm lucky I lived in a small town and not many kids rode my bus I was always able to get some extra sleep on the way to school or watch videos in peace on the way home

The bus I was on was like this: a group of girls talking so loud you can hear them 3 miles away, me getting yelled at by a 3rd grader because I didn’t have colored pencils, boys in the back being really inappropriate, most high-schoolers just on their phone, some people just looking out the window/being quiet, and the rest just doing their own thing
Also if your in the very back of the bus, and the bus driver turns the heat on, you know your gonna be sweating telling the bus driver to turn the air off, for them to not hear you and turn the heat higher
Don't forget when there was a field trip or something its like everyone just either suffocated because it was so crowded or the back if the bus will turn into the whole bus💀💀💀

We were once held on a school bus for an hour because the driver freaked out over someone throwing some pencils. No one came clean and people were actually arrested in the end. What a clusterfuck.
Everytime we had to take a charter bus for Field Trips, I already knew that I was gonna be in for a seatbetless, bumpy ass ride that'll make me uncomfortable the second I walk out of the bus. And some of the seats in it just be havin' you cramped up like a crumbled piece of paper, its ridiculous!

My old bus had a lot of aggression, ironic since we had a hyper religious driver who always played christian radio stations. So you would see someone getting their ass kicked while "There is power in the name of Jesus" is playing in the background. What made it even more funny was the people fighting almost never knew how to fight, so they'll just be slapping each other like two angry cats.
Nowadays my new bus since I've moved is pretty decent, I get home fast and it doesn't have too many people getting on.

Goofy bus experiences I had:
* We had this easy-to-anger bus driver when I was a 6th grader, and on the afternoon before winter break this 8th grader flipped her off and she yelled for 5 minutes before contacting someone via her walkie talkie and the lady on the other end just did not care because everyone wanted to go home
* Same angry bus driver yelled at cars in traffic out her window, we laughed so hard at it but looking back I think she had some problems
* This one bald dude who drove us in high school was a talented artist but he was also very pretentious and started giving art criticism to this one middle schooler who didn't ask
* These siblings on the bus and one played shitty dubstep music while the other was a straight-up band kid, and they got in a full-blown yelling match when I was in the 9th grade and we all had to witness them fight about family issues
* These foul middle schoolers who straight-up screeched every day and the bus driver had to straight-up tell them to stfu. Two kids started cussing him out and calling him the n-word (they were black so it wasn't too loaded on their end, still fucking wild) 💀
* Another bus driver with rage issues who got so mad at this one kid for standing on a bus seat that she kicked him off
* This girl who puked in the aisle and the smell wouldn't go away for a week. It was winter
* Bald bus driver was kinda shit at operating a bus and it took him like 10 minutes to do a K-turn and cars started honking at him
* Bus lurched so hard one time that one girl hit her head and started bleeding
* Mass panic any time a bee or wasp would enter the bus

On the bus I used to ride I sat in the back, and we gave the driver a nickname because everyone liked him. We all just called him Uncle Pete. And after he quit we got Sherril aka Mrs. Frizzle. Her nickname is courtesy of yours truly.
I rode the bus to school as an elementary schooler and as a middle schooler before, and I’m still riding the bus as a high schooler too, I hate riding the bus to school, this is getting old, I rode the bus long enough.
I remember me and my friends watching some American films and dreaming about getting a free ride to school on a bus.
Cuz in our country where winter is cold as shit and public buses go slower than a turtle thanks to snow and ice on the roads, every single student have to walk to school tripping on ice and climbing through snowdrifts, fighting for their life through a blizzard in a pitch black winter morning without any street lights lit up and so on. And schools didn't give a shit about how you gonna make it to them, it's all up to you.
Ain't gonna lie, it was fun to do with all your friends but it was so tiring sometimes. Especially for me because school was 2 hours to get to from my house☠️

Okay, i used to despise being on a special transportation bus... but as i got more "mature," i really started to feel grateful that my whole life dealt around a special ed bus.
Ya'll don't understand how calm and peaceful it is! It's a very satisfying ride towards school and to house. Kids were respectful, minded their own business, weren't crazy or noisy... it was simply peaceful, and i am extremely grateful.

My school bus experiences consist of someone barfing everywhere at the start of my sophomore year while heading back home and later that year a kid got arrested for pepper spraying the back of our bus before we left the school
I remember I would always smoke that loud on my way to the bus stop. I’d save roaches from the night before and finish them while at the bus stop. There was a few times where I put the joint out right in front of the bus driver. It’s the middle of winter so smoke was just emanating off of me, and the bus driver never snitched. She was a real one💯

One time a kid pulled the fire alarm after school ended, I was already at my locker so ignored the alarm and continued to get my things. Most kids didn’t get there things and had to go to the school later to do so. Some kids were already on the bus with there things, so then the lunch lady came and gave us all several cookies. And that kids, is why you ignore unscheduled fire alarms. (Don’t actually)
On the bus I just sat alone in my own little emo corner while listening to music.
