She won because she did exactly what the competition was about "fusion of Indian folk dance with belly dance". Others just perfomed belly dance on Indian songs but she understood the assignment. 💯/💯

I'm Maharashtrian and I must tell you that this lavani can't be sexier than this. I've seen many performance on this song and I'm not saying they weren't good but this is something I had never imagined.
It's a great fusion of lavani and belly dance.
Lavani is meant to be a charming dance form with so many expressions, gestures and alluring moves and belly dance on lavani song is like cherry on the cake.
